I booked an appointment for my six year old daughter to get her ears pierced at Essential Beauty, Warwick. We did not have to wait long, service was friendly and polite and staff had an excellent manner with my young child. Premises were clean and good variety of earrings to choose from. My daughter is thrilled with her new earrings! Would recommend and I will be taking my other daughter there when she gets her ears pierced.

Got my helix piercing done by Candy today. The room was clean and neat and equipment was all opened from closed packs.
There is a huge variety of jewellery available from head to toe.

Had an appointment booked for 10.30am and arrived ten minutes early. Did not see one member of staff the whole time I was there and walked out after my booked time without receiving my treatment. Glad I didn’t pay upfront like it was requesting during the online booking.

Extremely angry because of the unprofessional behaviour. My wife had three piercing done there and spent a good amount however when she got the jewelry reaction on nose and went today for the check, first we were told to come after 10 minutes even when we waited earlier and then the lady was very rude and told us to treat it on our own and then started to say I'm closing my shift is finished and almost pushed us out. Is it the way you guys treat the customers? Hope no one should visit them until and unless they don't get their humanity back. How can a person try to take the nosepin so hardly even if a person is screaming due to pain and still be so rude?

I was so disappointed with the service, for treatments that should take minimum 15 minutes, I was rushed in and out within 3 minutes. The areas weren't cleaned before treatments or finished at all and when I questioned why I was rushed, the beautician said it wasn't her fault I was pushed to her from the other beautician. She was so rude and unapologetic.
Waste of money and a very rude and unnecessary. Never again!

Mandy created beautifull eyebrow. She is amazing. She asked what I want for my eyebrow. The powder brows look so natural. I'm happy with the result.
Everytime my boyfriend looks at my brows and says it's beautifull.

I had my eyebrows powdered by Alla. She did an amazing job they look fantastic. Everyone I know has commented on how good they are, one even said it’s the best she’s ever seen. I can’t recommend Essential Beauty highly enough, the best, Thankyou

This would have to be the worst Essential Beauty franchise. Had a change of tragus jewellery and within two weeks it had fallen out. I rang to see if either they replace and re pierce as it was already starting to close over. To my dismay was flatly denied and was told it's not their fault the stud had come undone. No offer of a resolution. I was absolutely disgusted with the customer service.
Never return there again

I had a great experience with the staff at Essential Beauty Warwick this year to get both lobes pierced. I had them done two weeks prior to a five week European summer holiday and because I followed their very clear instructions and I'm not a numpty, I went totally infection free. The premises was clean and hygiene was taken seriously with a very professional service all around (thanks Sam).
I have no hesistation recommending this place for your piercing needs!

After getting my ear pierced at essential beauty Warwick I have an infection that is so bad I have to go on antibiotics and had to remove my piercing. The ear ring that was put in was too small so I had to go to the doctors so they could numb my ear as the only way the doctor could remove the ear ring was to cut the ear ring to get it out. So disappointed

* edit. Thought id come back and say at I've now had an infection so bad that I've had to have the piercing removed and am on antibiotics. Waste of my money. I hope they've improved since I went in April 2018. *

Wish i had gone with my gut and just left. I booked needle piercing for redoing my lobe piercing, when i went in the lady had no idea why i wanted to use needle instead of the usual gun method, so prepared the guns. I explained what I wanted but was told id have to wait for the "other" lady as the one who was looking after the store wasn't able to use the needles. I have no idea why, when a booking was made for needle piercing, that the only person who could do it was at lunch. Waited almost half an hour for the other lady, who did complete it quickly. However, since then I have been riddled with lobe infections on one ear where the piercing is. I have never dealt with these issues before. I think it was because the it wasn't the most hygienic of stores.

I've been a customer for a few years now, and throughout the years, even though the Staff are somewhat transient, I always book with Sarah (Owner Manager). Always friendly, professional and honest. Fast and efficient service and always happy to try and fit you in if you are a 'walk in' or a last minute booking. Always quality work, confident with skills and happy to answer questions. I bring my teenage daughter here now and she also loves Sarahs work! Thanks Sarah. See you again soon.

If you call them you are being advised to book online. Rushed there for the appointment just to find out that they apparently stopped doing online bookings!
