When I made enquiries lady was really helpful and friendly. Was a shame she was not in today to serve. The person who attended me had poor customer service skills. Unfriendly. Will not go back. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand would had saved me the bad experience. Obviously they have not improved on the issue.

Very unprofessional. I booked online for a full leg wax on the 20/09/2023 at 5: 00 PM. The woman working called me to ask if I could come in 15 minutes earlier or I could still come in at 5: 00 PM. I agreed to come in earlier to my appointment. Upon arrival in a rude tone I was told she had two more people that had arrived waiting so she could only do a half leg wax. I had to go back home because this is not the service I booked for or wanted. I’m not sure why she felt the need to call me to ask me to come in 15 minutes early (which I did) or keep my original time but she could not call me to inform me she cannot complete the booked appointment because of taking on more clients. Complete waste of time and fuel! Not a happy customer here.

Shout out to Karly who was really professional and efficient with my waxing, I’ll be back.

My Mum and I have had waxing and piercing done here for years and always had a fantastic experience with quality service. The staff are lovely, always welcoming and so polite. Much appreciated. Highly recommend this store.

Been coming here consistently for the past 7 months to get a full Brazilian wax. While I’ve never had a bad experience with the other girls, Candy’s attention to detail is above and beyond and I always try book in with her! Definitely recommend:)

The amazing candy gave me 3 piercings here. She was wonderful. Was nervous getting both my nipples done and her calm was infectious. They look amazing and the attention to detail was unreal.
