After reading the reviews about Melissa, I decided to choose her as well to do my Labret piercing. Melissa was so friendly and spoke to me about my procedure as well as aftercare and made sure I was happy, about where my piercing would be placed. Felt very comfortable and the pain was literally a 2 out of 10. Thank you so much Melissa.

Went in about a week or so for "another" piercing‍️ was not sure what I wanted as I agreed to get something with a friend of mine. Melissa from the Mirrabooka store was super helpful, gave me some ideas and I decided on getting my conch done. I was fairly nervous as I had just come of night shift and straight to a piercing shop Melissa was awesome, she was so quick and gentle, the piercing looks awesome. No issues with is what so ever.
I even got a lolliepop (I think Melissa was more concerned incase I collapsed)

(Vertical Labret piercing) Melissa was a kind and professional piercer. Quick, easy and pretty painless procedure. Probably going to return for another piercing. I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. Would recommend!

Overall good experience, however I think I was mischarged $75 for a helix piercing when it says $65 on the website including jewelry.

I got my septum pierced here and it was an amazing experience. They were comforting and reassuring and the process was quick and with minimal pain. I really appreciate the care and kindness shown.

I brought my 7 year old daughter in this morning to pick some earrings for her birthday. My daughter is non verbal autistic and extremely shy. We were served my Maddy and I was extremely surprised and impressed at the level of service we received and the length of care and service that she gave. She spent time talking to my daughter and showing her the jewellery she could choose from and really went the extra mile to make my little girl feel comfortable and important. Maddy put in the new earrings for my daughter and gave her a lollipop and was extremely gracious and kind. My daughter gave her a big cuddle as we were leaving which is something that she never, ever does. Thank you Maddy for your wonderful service and for taking the extra time to make my daughter feel special. It’s often I walk into a store and feel purely like a number. I will absolutely be back and couldn’t recommend Maddy enough for any enquiries or needs.

I came in at 10: 30 with the store completely empty, the lady at the reception booked me in for 11: 10. I came in a few minutes late and she refused to take me in to do a second lobe piercing.
I just found her behaviour and attitude towards me quite rude and disgusting. I don't think I'll be back.

[Edit, in response to owners message]: I completely understand that they might have been fully booked, however the point is she was rude about it.

After leaving the Warwick store as it was so unprofessional Mirrabooka was an extremely pleasant surprise clean, caring and very patient and kind to my daughter. Well done guys.

I travelled an extra 15 minutes to visit the manager of this store called Lily. I was one of her clients back when she worked at Innaloo and I’m so glad to see that she has become a manager because she is a very talented beauty therapist.
She manage to wax my eyebrows to perfection while also running the front desk, and was the only person in the building. She was calm and friendly even though she was running around trying to do everything!
She definitely deserves a pay rise, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thanks Lily x
