Essential Beauty Mirrabooka

Didn't have the greatest experience with my daughter's piercing, there was an issue with the jewellery they used and it caused difficulty trying to get it in place. The staff were apologetic but seemed to struggle to get the issue sorted. Not sure I'd feel confident going back for another piercing l.

We had Laura and she was the best. Pieced my daughter helix and she never even cried, changed my belly ring which hadn't been changed for 30 years, I would definitely go back to see Laura, my daughter
already talking about getting more because of Laura from mirraboka

The girl cut but thy don’t understand about piercings, and recommend earrings that don't fit the face, the girls really tried to help but I won't go back to the blood

I had my industrial and nostril done by Melissa. Super friendly and professional. I’m very happy with the results.

I got my piercing done today and it was really professional and the forgot the piercers name but she’s was amazing

My daughter had her eyebrow pierced & I had my lip pierced by Ellena under the supervision of Melissa, they were absolutely fantastic! Ellena is learning piercing and I have to say she was awesome! Explained everything to both of us. Would highly recommend these ladies. Will see you both again soon!

I came into Essential Beauty today and had a nostril piercing done, It was a great experience for my first ever face piercing and i'm quite happy with how it looks. I'm not sure who did my piercing but Thank you

I will say though i wasn't given the choice to pick which piercing went in but i was able to choose what type (stud or hoop which i went for stud) If i wanted to get another piercing done I'd likely go there again it was good

Pierced my nose three times coz they did it wrong the first time and blamed it on my nose shape, even tho that wasn't the issue.heard many bad stories there.go to a tattoo place instead.dont go here

I got my vertical labret done here today and it was a very positive experience. I was pierced by Melissa and she was very kind and helpful and genuinely cares about her clients. Very positive attitude towards her work! She made sure I was happy with the placement of my piercing which shows how much she cares about her clients and their new piercing! Overall was a very positive experience and I would love to come back for another piercing! Thank you very much and keep up the amazing work!

Very disgusted with the lady that served me, I went to get a new tongue ball ring, she did not wear gloves nor did she sanitise her hands she also put the ball on the counter before she put it in the bag, at 7/1/2023 around 4: 40pm,

Got my ear and tongue done here the other day by melissa and she was very lovely it was quick and easy and she was very welcoming thanks again melissa

Tamara is absolutely amazing highly recommend her to take care of you she has waxed me oover 10 years and she is fabulous!

Went into get my conch pierced. I've got a lot of piercings.but Melissa at the Mirabooka store is hands down THE best piercer ive ever come across! So damn quick! Definitely go see her if you want anything pierced! Legend

I honestly can’t recommend the ladies at Mirrabooka enough!

Melissa, Laura and Kiah were absolutely incredible with my two Daughter's, particularly with my very anxious 4yr old. She’s been wanting her ears pierced for so long but was nervous about the process. The ladies took so much time, explained everything and then did some quick magic to pierce her ears without her even flinching! My little one didn’t even cry or flinch throughout the process too.
They were all so excited for them both which was so lovely. I’m so great full to the ladies for the incredible experience and expertise.

A special mention to Melissa though, my 4yr old wouldn’t of got them down without her warmth and tricks. She was so proud of herself and that was definitely thanks to Melissa

Just had my eyebrows done by Elena. She’s terrific. Awesome attention to detail, delicate, gentle and guided me to a better colour for my face.

So much care in her work.

It’s fantastic (as a more mature woman) to be attended by someone who is older herself, sometimes I’m a little uncomfortable about the very young staff.

I was so relaxed I thought I would fall asleep

I will definitely be back and asking for Elena.

Tamara and Melissa make my Henna Brow and shape look amazing. They always make sure I'm satisfied and understand how I like my eyebrows to look. Their so nice, professional and welcoming.

Very friendly, professional, and attentive. I've had body waxing done here before and most recently had 4 ear piercings done by Melissa and both times were high quality services. Melissa was very patient and one of those people who are more than happy to answer any questions you have, no matter how stupid you think it is (I've come across people across the beauty industry and other non related ones where you can just tell that they either don't know the answer or they give off an impatient vibe when answering) - Essential Beauty at Mirrabooka is not this so they are definately a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend, and thank you Melissa and the Essential Beauty staff <3

My daughter got her nose and belly pierced, the workers had been really welcoming, helpful and very polite.they went through the paper work with me to make sure I understood.my girl was a little scared but the girls there comfort her and I must say it was a really good job and they explained after care.good pricing as a mother with 8 girl I be going back there everytime thank you girls for the great service.
