Daughter had a lip wax here some months ago now. Wax was way too hot and burned her upper lip. Job was done inside of 2min so you can imagine the care factor. Left a message for the manager who never called to discuss. Lack of customer service means we haven't returned and have no plans to.

Been here recently to have a simple eyebrow wax. Only to have my skin removed between my eyebrows. Would not recommend and suggest staff be probably trained. Now i may have a scar as a result. Wish i could post a picture.

Called many of times not answer left many message no reply went to the store rang the bell waited 25mins then rang it again got told 5 mins waited another 15mins and gave up. Then received a call today with no remorse just excuses then told to take down this reveiw.

I had the pleasure of having Jennifer as my therapist today. First visit to the salon, very clean and tidy. Jennifer was fantastic, so quick, professional and wonderful at her job. Thank you.

All my experiences at this Salon have been both pleasant and relaxing. Everybody takes time to answer your concerns. Courtney has done my facials and I'm always happy with the results. At the moment if you buy 2 products you get a free 1hour facial. So after the glow of the facial has gone you still have products to use.

Been going here for nearly a year now and very pleased with the service. Cassie the lady who does my eyebrows is brilliant, they've never looked so good.

I booked an appointment over the phone. When I arrived for the appointment I was asked for my drivers license which I advised I didn't have on me. I wasn't told it was required when i booked over the phone. The lady then proceeded to give me a lecture and told me I must always carry my drivers license. Listened for a second and then walked out. Would never go back, she was extremely rude.

Was hesitant at first as Essential Beauty salons have had a bad rep at some of their locations. However, I gave it a chance and was pleasantly surprised. This store just opened 3 weeks ago. Great if you live locally and just want a cheap and convenient place to go for your usual beauty maintenance i.e. Waxing. Therapist are mature and professional. I plan on coming back again:)
