Got my eyebrows done today the girl with the Beautiful colour red hair done an amazing job there all so lovely there

Went into Essential Beauty with my sister as she was booked in to have some treatments. I spoke to one of the lovely ladies there and decided to have my eyebrows done. I was quite concerned as i am very fair and my eyebrows are next to non existent. Wow! I had them done what a wondeeful job Bryony did i left the store very happy and content. I will be returning. Highly recommended!

Highly HIGHLY recommend Meg, does a perfect eyebrow wax and wax in general, in addition is always very friendly, fast and honest. For example, I told her to go thinner with my eyebrows the first time I went there and she truthfully told me she doesn’t want to go anymore thin or it won’t look nice. I am now so pleased with the service i receive when waxing there and know I can rely on her expertise.

Being older & a bit unsure of why I was getting my nose pierced I was sprinkled with kind words & put at ease, my lady made my entire experience exceptionally painless.so to speak.thanks a million‍️

Claire did a brilliant job on my 14 year old daughters eyebrows. They have never looked so good! I highly recommend Claire.

I've just had an eyebrow wax here and to say I am not happy is an understatement! I pointed out what i needed doing and what i wanted her to be careful of and I now have 2 completely different shaped/uneven eyebrows! After the wax while still there i told her she had gone wayyy to thin on my ends! She replied with oh sorry chuck a tint on! My reply was " I've just tinted and now there's nothing to tint! I hope they grow back fast! " Now I'm home and looking in the mirror and I am in tears with the absolute mess she has made. Not once did i ask for a complete reshape! It was just a little tidy! I have tried to call the salon to express how unhappy I am but just get the answering machine.
Never again!

Not happy I waited 30mins to after that be told I required ID to get my ears percied Im 46 years old lol. Need to tell customers to bring ID on arrival!

The lady at linvingston was amazing! She was an absolute QUEEN and really calmed me down for my piercing. Such amazing service!

Absolutely amazing service, feel so relaxed about with the ladies there.don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows, they always get it done perfectly!

I have tried facial for $69 dollar. NOT WORTH AT all! Instead you should buy a nice cream that could cost around the same. There was no massage done they just apply randomly so manyeas product without doing much massage. It was a lie that they put on their website with wooden lamp that uses black light to illuminate and they check the skin before treatment, all rubbish! THEY DON'T DO THAT ALL. No skin inspection was done. Literally disappointed to pay this much money.

Talia had done my piercings and she was amazing! Made the whole experience very warm and relaxed. She is very friendly, conversational, flexible and professional with her work, highly recommend Talia for piercings:)

I only just found this website, but still feel i need to leave a review even though it was awhile ago.
I had eyelash extensions done here by naomi the day before a trip to Bali in January 2020. It was the worst experience. It was rushed and i had clumped lashes together & there was glue all over the skin on my eyelids that gradually became more and more painful over the next 48hrs.
I found a top salon in Bali where the ladies there all thought I'd had them done at a dodgy salon in Bali and couldn't believe it was done in Oz.
They sat for a couple of hours, slowly and so gently removing each horrible lash. It cost a fortune even in Bali but was so worth the relief. Will never return to this salon again and I still tell people the horror story.

Absolutely enjoy and look forward to coming here for my waxing and tinting needs. The girls are always happy, friendly, professional and always welcoming. Being a very anxious and slightly fussy person when it comes to my brows and having them butchered in the past I was put to ease my first time there and couldn't imagine going to anyone else other then Bryony

For the 1st time I wasn't over the top happy bit of a rush job, will be going back to my girls for future, all about learning.

Never EVER go here for piercings. I have gotten three piercings here on one day, all pierced awfully. Staff are lovely but they are clearly under trained on piercing correctly. I was never told the proper way of cleaning my piercings. All of my piercings have now become extremely infected so I seeked help from someone who actually knows what they are doing and I have to take them all out and let them close over to re pierce it as there is no way of saving them after all the attempts of trying. Stick to waxing and stop offering piercings as it is a waste of everyone's money and leaves us in unnecessary pain

I had my leg waxing done by Naomi and she did such a fantastic job, I had no red spots the next day which is rare as I have sensitive skin. Highly recommend all the ladies though.

I had a really good experience with both my belly buton and nose.when i got my belly done i fainted and the lady was really calm and handeled it really well, when i woke up she let me know i could take as muh time as i could before i left.when i got my nose done i ended up having the same lady who did my belly.she remembered i fainted and she knew how to prepare me before i stood up and she took time to make sure i didnt faint again and i didnt.

Was looked after by Rose today for my eyebrow waxing and she did an amazing job, went above and beyond! Lovely to chat too and amazing service, will be booking in again soon! Definitely recommend:)

The staff were SO SO friendly and really welcoming but they do not inform customers enough about the dos and don'ts after piercings and just basic run through. I only got told about a spray which I did buy. I somehow got an infection, and the earrings became embedded in my ear which I then called and got the worst response of "we can't help you but try spraying it more. " Then for my eyebrows, a student person was doing them, and it was nice but not quite the type which I informed her but it was too late and she apologized but I felt like someone should have asked me if I'd want a student to do my eyebrows or an actual staff member. I'm sure these were all little mistakes and have improved, people learn everyday. But my next go to choice won't be essential beauty, as I've heard about a lot of mishaps. I do wish the business a successful and bright future and this was no way intending to be rude. I know the girls there try their full hardest, I hope. Stay safe and well during the pandemic everyone.
