Highly recommended, Maria did 2 of my piercings and my daughter's as well. She was very helpful and professional. She really made it easy for us. Even after my first helix piercing, I dropped by in-store if I need advice for flare ups after care and all of them were happy to help no matter how busy they were. ️

Waxing services here are great, answered all my questions. Would be nice if they offered more info for people new to waxing as I wasn’t sure if I’d asked the right questions.

Okay, so this was the best piercing experience I have ever had! I have heard mixed reviews about EB but Imogen did my septum and wow! She was so lovely, attentive and super chill even when I was extremely nervous! I feel like 5 stars isn't enough so I'm gonns update the rating to 10/10

I had my nose pierced by Jasmine. She was so welcoming, friendly and professional. Pierced my nose so quickly I barely had time to think about what was happening! Will definitely recommend and go back.

I have been many times to Essential beauty in Ellenbrook and never had any issues. However i popped in yesterday for an eyebrow tint and wax and i won't be back! The tint was fine and the girl actually did a good job with the colour but she has burnt my skin with the wax. I have 2 events this weekend and my skin is sore and damaged! The girl said it looked a little irritated even sensitive but it's a burn. A very large red sore is what i have been left with, Dr has advised i treat it as a burn so i have to apply cream. Unfortunately no sort of make-up is going to fix this for my weekend away. Upset and disappointed is an understatement!

It’s very clean, they reassure, all the jewellery is good value, if pericing slips out and the whole closes sometimes they will re pierce for free, very professional, usually on time, good quality, 100% would go back, they talk you through what’s gonna happen, very polite, sanitary.

Came in with my friend, and the staff member Vanessa was so good, I’m going to book all my future services with her

Not a great experience anytime I have been to the point I have had to stop going. Wasnt helpful in resolving any issues either which was disappointing.

I’ve been to a couple of essential beauty salons now for ear piercing. This is the best by far. Girls are lovely. Would highly recommend driving further if you had to

Had my Tragus pierced there n it wasn’t done properly n moved out, went back so they could reprieve and they charged me for it again even though they didn’t do it properly.

Best essential beauty I ever been too! Staff is so helpful and friendly! Very professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else for all my beauty needs!
