I've only visited this establishment for ear piercings for my daughters and I highly recommend them.
A bit of backstop but I got my daughters ears pieced at a Chemist and the piercing wasn't even.
I took the piercing out and let it close up and went to Essential Beauty and wow I am so glad I did. They measured and took the time to make sure it was even and I was happy with the placement. I was extremely happy with their attention to detail. I definitely recommend them for a child's first ear piercing.

I got my labret done on Monday and my eyebrow today. Both done by Monique. I recommend her highly to anyone wanting a piercing. Fast. Gentle and friendly.

Booked in for a wax this morning, want to send a huge thank you to Jasmine. She was thoroughly professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Will definitely be back.

I love this place, the staff are always professional, and knowledgeable, always friendly and you can always have a laugh with them. Also they do amazing work.

Went to the place and said clearly my left eyebrow is thin so just don’t let the other one be thin too.
She said just follow the shape? I said yes, as it was only a week of hair growing so was just to clean my eyebrows was full and thick. She took such a long time doing it, what you would be fine if wasn’t for the outcome. I left with a very thin unshaped eyebrows it look horrendous, she new she did wrong and start to apologise. What won’t make the mistake get any better!
Didn’t offer a discount or a voucher. Not that I would go back to this place ever again! At the end she tried to blame me for having not explained that I didn’t want her to follow the feather touch tattoo that I have what is just to make it full. As I arrived there with some hair growing she took off hair that wasn’t even on the line of the shape. Totally waste of time and money. Just don’t go there

I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed for the first time and the lady was great. Very friendly and professional, and she did a great job. I'm very happy with the service.

I enjoyed the service and my lady made sure i was comfortable and okay.and when i needed to stop for a few minutes she allowed me too. She also went through the aftercare with me thoroughly.

The woman was very gentle as it was my first time. She made sure I was feeling comfortable several times and was very polite. She knew I was a bit nervous and engaged in conversation. I would highly recommend.

The beauty technician (Teigan) was amazing and did a fantastic job. The salon needs some sort of loyalty program to be viable against Gallaria.

Got my belly pierced here in December 2021 avoid this place at all cost mine got infected ever though i was following the aftercare and everytime i went back i got different answers and they didnt really seem to know what they were talking about should of gone to the midland essential beauty had all my piercings done there and no dramas at all. Dont go to this one you'll be wasting your time and money

One of the ladies, Hannah, is so lovely and very friendly. She did everything to fit my needs and likings. Definitely recommend her!

I had lobe piercings about two months ago at Essential Beauty. When I came in to get them done, they told me that getting a piercing gun was the best choice and — trusting that they knew what they were doing — chose that form of piercing. I have known no peace in the period afterwards. After my piercing all I was told was to “rotate them occasionally”. Now after an ear infection and trips to the ED I regret every moment ever getting my piercings from this business. I feel misunderstood, and am now hundreds of dollars out of pocket due to their complete lack of education towards the correct way to pierce your ears. When Lovisa is doing a better job piercing ears than a store whose entire front is covered in examples of piercings, you know that there is something seriously wrong with the business. I was warned about them, and I didn’t listen. Don’t make my mistake. Stay far away from Essential Beauty.

Terrible quality jewellery. Bought gold which broke in just 3 days. And the piercing I got was pierced through an artery which got very infected and stopped the blood flow. Was warned about this place, should have listened.

I had Lana for a wax. She was amazing! Super friendly and amazing at her job. I highly recommend.

Hannah is a Gem! Hardly felt my nose piercing and she actually genuinely cares. Will be coming here for all my other piercings as long as they’re done by her! Amazing

Waited over 30 minutes with no even a hello how can I help while the staff member took customers in one by one and even took in a lady who walked straight past me in even tho she hadn’t even waited. This place is a joke and staff need to be taught how to be polite and not just rush one in one out and actually ask the customers who are waiting how can they help.

No service. Stood in the shop 5 minutes looking at items, rang the bell to ask for assistance and still no one came out after another 5 minutes.
