Epsom Fish & Chips

Seafood platter:
Fish was really nice, flaky, well cooked and acceptable size
Chips were good. Typical fish and chip shop chip.
Squid Rings perfectly cooked. Absolutely spot on
Prawns were nice.
Scallops were very ordinary. Seemed old
Pineapple fritters and crab sticks were ok but I don’t really get enthused about either anyway

Overall: pretty happy. Hard to find good suburban fish and chips of value these days but this one is definitely one of the better ones. Will definitely return

Read the reviews and thought we'd give them another shot, unfortunately still not to our taste! Not a single crispy chip in the pack and the potato cakes were soggy.

Had the seafood basket. Everything was great especially the battered fish. However, the chips were horrible and tasted like they were old and reheated in the microwave.

All the staff are really polite and make you feel welcome, really good quality fish and chips for the price! I am really happy i chose to come here for my first time:)

Saw the batter person touching their phone then handling the food straight after. Definitely not happy with the service from this restaurant. Would NOT recommend what so ever, find a different fish n chips place!

Ordered chips, snapper (battered and grilled), squid and sausage in batter and all was delicious. Will use again

Worst fish & chips ever! Chiko Roll was still cold inside. Onion rings made from outer skins and bigger than my hand. Burnt scallops BLACK and potato scallops were RAW! Never again!

Ordered on phone and asked for a fish burger with an egg chicken burger w/tomato sauce & egg. They dont have tomato or bbq sauce:/ nor do they have eggs & they don't do chicken burgers so we had a fish burger tartare sauce & hamburger mayo, it wasn't nice at all there wasn't enough sauce and the onions and meat pattie were battered yuck! Taking away flavour and our chips and potato scallop were over cooked will not be going back there

Verryyyy expensive for a poor suburb.i couldnt even afford 2 pieces of fish from a fish shop.wow

Have been here several times. We always order in advance so there is never much of a wait. Has always been well cooked, good sized portions that are well drained and not fatty. They have good specials and plenty of variety to choose from if you want something different as well. They are better than any of my local shops, so that is why I go to them.

Best fish and chips I've had! One of the classic fish and chips shop that still does deep fried Mars bar and Pluto pup.
Chips is at its best when you request crispy!

Not bad waiting time, decent chips but give you a good amount, only okay crabsticks, but overall it's quite cheap which is really good, and they got tv if you're waiting lol

Epsom fish and chips got their winter promotion back, buy 3 or more Snappers and you will get 1 Snapper for free. Also got the Efpos service available, very convience.
