We found Greg and Alex from Employsure very knowledgeable and helpful. They let us know were we needed to improve and where we were doing well. All the advice and documents- even though there are many were very useful and will help us iron our any wrinkle that we have as a small business and allow us to move forward to polish up our best practise policies, procedures and practises. I first contacted Employsure by mistake as their website mimicked state government logos and font. BIG MISTAKE! They sent a person over to discuss my issue, at No point in that conversation did he identify himself as an employee for employsure, so now I’m locked into a 3 year direct debit for $500 a month which I was quoted $100 a week. Since using their services the information I have received from them has been incorrect and often takes up to 3 weeks to get a reply. You can just call wageline and get real info which is accurate, within the hour instead.
