Employsure provides Very wonderful and professional customer service. They have saved me a lot of trouble with the ever-changing employer-employee relationship. Jessy Ion and the other team members are Champions!

Do not waste your money and time! This company will scam you out of your hard earned $$
Cancelation fee is 30% of your contract in the first year. When I tried to cancel within the first month they said that I had to pay them $12,728.
Salesman gave me a pitch that doesn't align with reality for their services and product. They also pretend to be linked to government agencies to earn your trust before locking you in

Good onboarding experience and a waste of money afterwards. Incapable of helping with any issue that wasn’t basic. I would avoid entering into any of the long term contracts they offer.

As a business owner and employer of approx 34 staff members I have never experience such turmoil, grief, and discomfort
They lock you in and strip your bank acct and do not return emails on time and non responsive. Do not SIGNUP

Waste of Money!
Don't waste your time with this company. The products / "services" employsure have provided us have been rubbish, and contracts are very expensive to break.

We have been a client of Employsure for almost a year now. I recently organised a F2F Training session for Managing Health and Safety Obligations company wide. Dean had an extensive and comprehensive knowledge of health and safety in the workplace, identifying many areas of improvement for us. Further to that the process provided is simple and well documented, hence easy to follow. Dean has explained in clear language the process and our next steps, thanks.

Do your research before signing up with these con artists. Luckily I did before signing anything and politely told them I did not want their services. This has not stopped them hounding me with “follow up” calls even though I have explicitly told them multiple times that I do NOT want to be called. Pushy, slimy, untrustworthy company with exorbitant pricing. Do your research before you even consider making contact, because you’ll never get rid of them.

Couldnt recomend Employsure enough. Guided my business through multiple HR related items and work in with our process' and requirements in line with our HR Consultant. Great for piece of mind for a small price. Joe was also great withthe onboardning process and getting our new entity setup.

I just had a zoom meeting with Rhyana Edwards in which she very ably and succinctly went through employment practices and services that were on offer and even went as far as reminding me to bookmark the appropriate page in my browser so I could easily find things in the future. She also had Alison Honeycombe observing and in that way she did not have a lot to say but engaged very well on the couple of times that she entered the conversation. I appreciated their time and professionalism.
