Brought item based on reviews on their website. Found item didn't work with our dog so left honest review only to find they filtered out my review. Looking back through the reviews on the site there is no bad reviews for anything so I believe they may always filter any bad reviews which is false advertising.

Pretty easy for an item to have a five star review if you delete all reviews less than five stars.

They did reply to my bad review and provided reasonable options to replace with a different product which was great but knowing now that they filter negative reviews I probably wouldn't of brought the item in the first place.

I have great respect for this company. We had a problem with the citronella collar we purchased some time ago and contacted them to discuss. Before we could even send them a video of the problem they had posted a replacement. When I offered to pay for the replacement they were happy to provide it free of charge. Thank you. There are not many honorable companies like you.

Bought a citronella bark collar and used on my french bulldog. It worked great. Then had a fault with it and after sending a short video the collar was replaced. Very fast service and great help with problems. Would recommend

Make it as difficult as possible to replace a faulty article. Since resolved with edog. Their manager contacted me and sorted the problem rapidly but I believe they need to improve their return approval somewhat. I have advised them accordingly. I am changing my review rating to 4 stars as I still think more needs to be done.

I would highly recommended the citronella collars. My dogs were barking at inappropriate times and during the night. The collars worked on day one. At first, my dogs were unfamiliar and confused with the device but after a couple of days they are used to it and the barking has reduced tremendously. No more barking at night The delivery was also very fast. Thank you!

Had a customer service issue but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by Matt the manager, who went above and beyond my expectations.

I bought two citronella collars for my two small dogs who like to bark too much at people in the street or dogs next door. It only needed one session of wearing for them to learn quickly that barking was not required or good - both dogs are calm when visitor arrive and it’s been a sanity saver

Another very happy customer although I returned the collar as it didn't work with my small Chi cross. Order arrived very quickly and communication was great. Superb customer service! 5 stars is not enough for these guys. Spoke with Matthew Rogers in regards to a couple of concerns we had about the product and even though we purchased the product 5 months ago it was not a problem at all to help us out and offer a replacement. Ordered yesterday lunchtime, just received my collars today at 10 am. Super helpful live chat, excellent service, great product knowledge. A good warranty period should i need it too. Now to charge the collars and help my dogs learn the chookos are out of bounds to them.

Recently purchased an anti bark/training collar for our German Shepard. Collar works amazingly and the difference in just two days is fantastic. Delivery was super fast and the after service amazing. Mark was knowledgeable about products and more than happy to help. We purchase many products online and this has been one of the best businesses I have ever delt with. Absolutely lovely people and super attentive. Unfortunately one of the collars I order was faulty from the manufacture and the guys at edog rectified it straight away and were very friendly about it. Great customer service, can’t fault them and will be purchasing from them again in the future.
