We purchased something from eDog and it went astray in the mail. When I notified eDog of the problem they immediately investigated and put another one in the post, which arrived very quickly. Their customer service was excellent and highly appreciated.

Excellent customer service. Very happy with my purchase. The dog training collar is very good quality and works really well on my dog.

Purchased a training collar - charged twice, would not charge after that. Had to send a video"of me plugging it into the wall, what a load of bollocks, i could have plugged any faulty charger in to the unit.send video - sorry we cant open it, please try again - tired of the banter. They can keep their rubbish.

I brought the bird bark house, it stopped working, barely any replies to help with this issue, contact again on Facebook replied once and then have not responded and have not been any help at all. Not great

Honestly one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. We had an issue with our order and with no fuss at all the issue was completely resolved. Very happy and have used Aetertek for years with really great results. Great company great product. Highly recommend

The first set of collars purchased work well, my only complaint is that the battery cover came off the collar while on the dogs and it is hard to find batteries the correct size. We are very happy with our purchase.

Super friendly customer service, quick to sort the small issue I had with the collars and responded promptly to emails!

I have had both a good and bad experience with Edog Australia, however the bad experience outweighed the good and left a sour taste in my mouth towards this company. An item that was sent out express took 25 days to arrive. I understand things sometimes go missing in the post, but the lack of communication was what really annoyed me. I emailed the company multiple times for an update and each time I was given a very pleasant “we will get back to you tomorrow once we have received an update from the courier”. They NEVER got back to me. My item finally arrived, but only after I lodged a PayPal dispute.

Absolutely amazing to deal with. I had an issue and the helped me out with out a problem. I couldn't recommend these products and staff enough.

This is the second review I’ve left. This company is amazing to deal with. Fantastic customer service and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Purchased a few products now, one wasn’t working properly, Phillip did everything he could via email to try and figure out what was wrong. I then received a call from Sam who was great…figured out what the issue was and then organised a replacement to be sent out asap and also paying for the return post as well. Highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again.

Wonderful products and even better customer service.
We have found the citronella collar has worked wonders for our pup when we thought we were at our wits end. Once he has it on he no longer barks, and also realises that it's time to settle down and helps him relax. We have noticed an improvement in his barking at people past our boundary even without the collar on.
I had a small issue pop up, and contacted E Dog and Sam was fantastic and organised a replacement straight away. Cannot fault the product or the great service.

Love these products! Work as they say and such great quality! Also have to comment on the customer service, I had to send something back due it not being the best fit for my dog and the correspondence was fabulous. They responded promptly and had a new product sent out to me straight away! By far some of the best customer service I have dealt with. Highly recommend!

We bought a system for our property and thought the best solution and worked Ok at first until we had a small problem with the collar which was promptly replaced. We had another challenge and the control box was replaced promptly. This system works really well and has been now for several months. The response has been outstanding and we are very pleased with this purchase.

Barktec B-100 has been excellent for our dog. Immediate effect. He's pretty energetic and seems he broke his first collar about 6months in - we only discovered once we tried a battery change and no good. Sam at eDog, without asking, replaced the collar immediately at the mention the collar stopped working. Thank you for this excellent service Sam and eDog! Should be more companies like yours!

Got the heartbeat puppy for our new four legged friend and he absolutely LOVED it. To be honest I was a bit sceptical to pay so much money for what may turn out to be just an expensive toy, but after reading through the reviews I decided to give it a try. First night in his new crate and he fell straight asleep on top of it and has slept through the entire night since.
