Drip Expresso reviews
55Coffee was weak and did not get our orders correct. I expect good coffee for the price I’m paying!
Update: Not a particularly friendly vibe. Service was rather disappointing. Food is still good.
Previously: I've had a few very enjoyable brunches here now. It's generally quiet compared to Tbsp across the road which often has a queue. Obviously it is where the cool kids go! Anyway, Drip Expresso has some outdoor seating, so you can take your doggo along. There's also a nice seating area out the back, and the interior decor is cozy. My only complaint is that the lattes can be a bit weak, but this is Perth not Melbourne, so hardly surprising. Consider a cappuccino or double latte if you like a punchy brew.
The coffee and chai were very good. We enjoyed the breakfast bagel as well. However, the place is a bit small. It's good for a quick bite and a drink.
Lovely coffee, lovely cakes and buns.
Super polite staff. What a wonderful greeting and service I got today
This cafe was incredible! The food arrived fast and was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and efficient, and the coffee was like sipping a cup of magic - smooth, hot, and perfect. No sugar needed, in my opinion. The best coffee I've had since moving here from Melbourne.
Quick take away lunch.
Avocado, chicken and sun dried tomato panini. Pretty good, no coffee this time but that has been good in the past.
Absolutely fantastic coffee service great staff and most of all fantastic menu drip ticks all the boxes 5 stars definitely worth checking out
What a great little cafe for brekkie on a cold morning. Perfectly poached eggs on toast, tasty side of bacon plus great coffee!
Wow! This place does not disappoint. Beautiful cafe. The coffee is on point, dogs are welcome too with the water bowl put out the front. I am so glad i came across this little Bayswater Gem! The chilly scramble croissant is absolutely sensational. Not to mention the cakes that are available! They even do cakes to order hit them up 24 hours before hand and they’ll make you one! All cakes are in house and look amazing! Gluten Free (Gf) options, Vegetarian options. Cold Brew coffee, hot brew.newspaper.calming music.inside and outside dining.takeaway.this place has got you covered. Coffee 9/10 food 10/10.vibes 10/10 service 10/10
Great coffee and my chorizo omelette was very tasty. Mum had eggs bene with avocado which was also yummy. The atmosphere will improve once all the bridgeworks are finished but you can still find quiet spots inside. It's still a great stop for coffee and food. Plus the brownie. AWESOME! I had the peanut Butter variant lightly warmed and it was heaven on a plate. Go there!
Great coffee and food! Especially the slices and sausage rolls. It get very busy quickly so I suggest arriving early if you want a bite and a drink!
Decent food and coffee. Place is a little pokey inside and cups/cutlery are often grubby but overall a nice spot for brunch. Funky decore inside. Wish they would bring back the red velvet pancakes as they were delish!
Great little local coffee shop. The staff are always very helpful and bring your take away coffee outside to you when they see your hands are full with kids, prams and dogs haha.
Was a solid 3 star. Coffee was good. Shakshuka was very mild. And I'm not sure about the Meguez saus. Definitely looked and tasted like pork chipolata to me.
Hadn't been here for a while, but the coffee is still fantastic and I had forgotten how good the cakes are!
As a Bayswaterian, I've seen how pumping this place on a daily basis. I'm somewhat adverse to waiting in line, but that really is the only option anytime I've been here.
I've had food and coffee here a range of times now and am yet to have a bad experience. The coffee is good, and the food is decent, and fairly priced. The service though is always amazing and these guys do a great job under what appears to be relentless pressure, particularly on weekends.
Overall it's a 4 star for coffee, 3 star for food and 5 star for service. Definitely worth a visit.
My local for breakfast and lunch.cannot go wrong with their food and coffee! Even dragged the parents down to enjoy, it's now their local fav as well
Great little spot for breakfast.we had the eggs Benedict which was delicious and they do great coffee to go with
Unexpected cool spot. Nice ambiance and coffee. I will definitely come back to try other dishes in the menu
