What a great re fit to a venue. The staff were amazing and so attentive. The food was outstanding. They have totally stepped up the game for your dim sum experience. New crockery, new look, new name. I highly recommend you check this out. Unfortunately, the chilli squid has changed to a battered squid, which was disappointing.
I will most definitely be back again. Really wanna try dinner too.
Well done team

Went for a yumcha, it was a good standard experience.
Was very busy but always had enough food coming around.

Terrible service. Food is good when you get it. The staff wander around but do nothing while one trolley does the rounds. Left hungry as couldn’t get water or more food.

Expensive charges not matched by good food. Almost all the dishes are very salty. It cannot be said that the dishes are not good, but they cannot match the price

Big restaurant fit out upgrade by new owners. Great comfy chairs / furniture / carpet and table cloths make this a great relaxing place for yum cha.

Really really rude service and there was not much at the “all you can eat buffet”. There was lacking refills of veggies and even some noodles were missing. There were no chicken or any wontons that the kids liked to eat left. Items such as salmon, scallops, squid and crabs were missing. We got a 2 pieces of crabs to share between the 4 of us from the first batch and then there was nothing left and they didn’t refill it until an hour later which by then we were already finished eating. The was no watermelon or any fruit after the first batch either. We finished dinner around 7: 30pm so by that time there should still be some left or refilled but there was none. We would ask for things like a straw or extra cutlery we’d be rudely brushed off. Just really rude service. Especially from one lady.

Food was authentic and delicious.
The venue was clean and nice table settings.
Just not enough food going around. Had to wait long times in between for service.

One star because I couldn’t give less, at a minute to their closing time, we still had not received all the dishes we ordered. We arrived at 6.30pm ordered and after waiting 20 minutes. The waitress arrived to advise us that we would have wait a further 20 minutes, as they had a big table and only 3 people in the kitchen. From what I could see the only people they were interested in was the big table. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. This was Dragon Palace MANDURAH not Northbridge

Dim sum dining in is great.
Online order for pick up was disappointing.
Ordered 10 items for pick up.
Asked if all was there before leaving, yes yes was the answer.
When at home dishing up discovered that 1 dish, salt and pepper squid was not there.
I live 30 min away and had ordered the meal for the wife’s 50th birthday. So I’m very disappointed.
Note:
I called and was offered the money back for the dish.
Also the bamboo takeaway containers are great for the environment but not good for dishes with a sauce.

From today knowing that why this place’s business going down and down! Went there for dim sim this morning, and been served cold egg tart and ask the manager why, manager answers me if I need to warmed up with microwave? Why would I come to the restaurant to have microwave food? Also for the other 6 dishes we order, 2 of them also microwaved and served to us (because the steam fish ball was very dry and stick on the plate). So disgusting that a dim dim place using microwave dim sim to serve to the customers.

Just 1,2 group of customer to karaoke on that day but they still don't sanitize anything. No social distance, 6 people squeeze in a tiny room. There was a lot of room but still reject to give us. Was a regular customer but kind of disappoint ed. Won't come for a while.

Came at lunchtime. Less than a quarter full.
Service very poor.
Man (owner/manager?) very rude and dismissive, like he didnt want to be there serving customers.
Asked for a menu 4 times before receiving it. Had 4 dishes of dimsum, 63 dollars!
Last time Im coming there.

Absolutely disgusted, as a resident Australian with my son who is also Australian visiting home from USA attempted to dine for lunch. My son is fully vaccinated (triple), due to only having USA vaccination certificate was NOT allowed in.
Only marking star to post

This is one of my favourite Dim Sum places to go to. They have a great selection and the food is always very fresh and tasty. The venue could do with some work, but we go for the food and company.

Ordered takeaway over the phone and when I asked for the price they told me they’d call back and never did. Got there just before the food came out the kitchen and when they rang it up it was about $20 more then it was on their website. They told me they had many prices and had mixed them up which they diligently corrected, kudos to them. However, got back home and the food was… just plain bad. Over $100 in the bin.

We were very disappointed with the service and quality of the food at a wedding function that we attended last night. Had to ask the waiter for plates and to top up drinks. Waiters didn't seemed to be trained in customer service. Overall not a very good experience and wouldn't go back there again unlrss the service and quality of food improved greatly.

Food was decent however the service was lacking. Ordered 6 items (usual squid tentacles, rice paper rolls, steamed bbq pork buns etc) with the manager which he wrote on a paper slip. Waited 20 mins and only 2 items had arrived. Requested with the lady pushing the cart to check with the kitchen where our items were. Manager came and tried to push items on the cart which we didn't want. Food finally arrived but by this stage we were kind of over it. Requested an itemised bill and was glad we did as they overcharged us. Bad experience eating there especially for friend who had never tried dim sum and wanted to experience it first hand.

It fills that spot for a pick me up the next morning after a night of shame and regret, as I place a piece of har gow in my mouth it lessens the bad taste of alcohol and smoke. I should really brush my teeth more.
