Dowler Apartments Subiaco

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit at 222 Hay st to be close to Subiaco Private Hospital. It was perfect for everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I have stayed twice and will continue to stay here each time we are in Perth. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. It’s so close to shops and there is delicious food everywhere. A top spot

My family and I stayed at 8/222 hay street for 3 weeks. It was a great well equipped apartment in a convenient location. Having the pool was a bonus. Would definitely recommend Dowler Apartments

My husband and 3yr old stayed at the Churchill St apartment for 3 nights and the Hay St apartment for 3 nights. Chris organised everything promptly for our stay and was lovely to deal with. The apartments were both extremely clean and comfortable - home away from home with everything thought of. The Churchill apartment was very quiet which was great. The Hay St apartment is located next to a pub. The noise was not bad at all and the pub is great for meals and kids.
Both apartments are an easy walk to the centre of Subiaco, loads of parks, the train station etc a fantastic location that prevented car hire.
Would definitely stay again!

It was great stay, clean, stylish, and in great area of Subiaco. Also secure so we enjoyed our time.

We have used DOWLER APARTMENTS many times while visiting Perth and we keep going back because they are close to the city, they are clean and well maintained and the one we try to get is in BARKER RD as the complex has a great car parking area, Chris is a great guy and and is there for your every need. We spent a week here this November and can highly recommend DOWLER APPARTMENTS.

Had a wonderful stay in Subi with Dowler Apartments. Our stay was for medical reasons which was bought forward 3 weeks from our original booking. Chris was wonderful in finding us a suitable apartment on a Sunday & meeting us at 8pm to show us around. Apartment was comfortable & had everything we needed. Short walk to shops & hospital. Thanks Chris & Connie. Hopefully next time we're there for a holiday.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment for four months. It had everything we needed for a long term stay. All we needed to bring was our clothes and food! Very convenient location in Subiaco.

My wife grandson and I took the Hay street apartment for a week. The apartment was very clean, excellent space and exactly as the photos on the net showed. I picked the apartment at random on the net and we were all extremely happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone. Thanks Chris

We chose these apartments in Churchill Ave due to their convenient location. Our unit was very roomy, comfortable and extremely clean.

My family stayed at the apartment in Subiaco, it was very nice and located close to several places to eat and shop. We stayed there for two weeks and loved our stay.

My son and I stayed at this apartment for the best part of a month over Christmas/ January. We chose it primarily for the location as it was close to where my sister lives.
I was a little hesitant booking something 8000 miles away.but this was all completely unwarranted as it all went perfectly. Communications between us and the owner were answered speedily and they could not have done more to help us. Entry was easy - literally key under the mat! - and the place was spotless on our arrival. The beds were made up and they had provided the basics in terms of drinks for a first night. All excellent.
The apartment was well set up, furniture was sufficient and comfortable and the location of the apartment is centrally located. It is next to a pub, but this did not impact negatively on our stay at all. It is also handy for the free yellow CAT bus, Subiaco station with its frequent trains to both Perth and Fremantle and the supermarkets are within walking distance. We ordered online from Coles for our first delivery though! The apartment has its own parking space, which is very useful. The pool was small ish.but clean and perfect for a dip in the hot Aussie weather. It was never that busy.in fact we usually had it to ourselves!
I would thoroughly recommend this place: clean, well furnished, handy and an owner whom you can trust. It was also good value for money. What’s not to like? !
When we return to Oz.which we will. I will stay there again and have no compunction about doing so.

I have stayed in Dowler apartments for the past several months for work. The apartment is located in a safe and convenient location, in a residential complex. Chris was friendly and quick to resolve any issues/problems. The internet is frustrating slow and frequently intermittent, and the apartment is off a busy street, so can be a bit noisy. Otherwise a great stay.
