Dowler Apartments Subiaco

My partner Deb and I booked this apartment for her Son due to needing to be close to the maternity hospital for the very early delivery of his baby who requires a lengthy stay in the NICU unit. Chris went above and beyond to make this happen and even organised to meet us at the apartment to hand over the keys and explain everything to us. We were so grateful due to the urgency of needing accommodation and I cannot thank Chris enough for his assistance in making my sons life that little bit easier knowing he was just a stones throw from his newborn baby and partner

A wonderful 8 month experience staying at Chris' Subiaco apartment was enjoyed by my wife and I. The apartment was well appointed, clean upon arrival, had very good facilities and the location, being very close to shops and entertainment, was ideal. Chris was very professional in our dealings with a friendly disposition. Yes.it was certainly a wonderful experience.

One of the best furnished apartments i lived in Perth. Very clean, fully equipped, easily maintained, great location very short walk to entertainment in trendy subiaco and easy access to transport. Chris is a great and helpful host.

We stayed in one of Chris's apartments for five months. Everything was first class including all communication. Highly recommended for short or long stays very close to Perth city.

The apartment was absolutely as advertised! Chris was very quick to respond to any problem I had. It was a home away from home!

In early 2020, my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 primary-school-age children) needed a place to live while our house was being renovated. We rented a townhouse from Dowler Apartments at 200 Rokeby Rd ("Quorta") in Subiaco. We stayed for 10 months (significantly longer than we'd originally planned).

This was an entirely positive experience from start to finish. Chris and Connie made us feel welcome. The fully furnished apartment was spotlessly clean, faultlessly well-equipped, and ideally located for strolling around Subiaco.

I recommend Dowler Apartments without reservation. If I needed to rent again, I would seek them out.

My husband and I stayed at Rokeby Road for a year. Chris and Connie (Owners/Managers) of the Dowler apartments were very prompt, trustworthy and friendly with any maintenance or issues raised. Would live in these apartments again in a heartbeat!

What a fabulous experience! It is so nice to book a place sight unseen, and to feel that the hosts have tried to think of everything to make your stay a great one. The host, Chris, could not be any friendlier or more accomodating and the apartment was absolutely spotless, and so well appointed. Subiaco is fabulous but the fact that we had such a nice place to return home to each day made our stay that much more special. I cannot rate Dowler Apartments high enough. Top marks!

Excellent quality apartments fitted out with everything (and more) a short to mid-term tenant could need for a really comfortable stay. Lots of personal touches like extra power adaptors, cleaning products, washer and dryer etc. Chris is an absolute pleasure to deal with and always went above and beyond to accommodate my (many) changes. Thanks Chris - you made my stay that much easier! Five stars all round.

Central and walking distance to Subiaco, our apartment had everything required for short and longer term stay. Very clean and comfortable with a host that was very obliging esp when one locks the key in the laundry, which is for your own use and lockable.

We've stayed with Dowler Apartments three times now. They're well maintained and appointed, and very well located. Super convenient to have parking and free wifi. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent. Well positioned just by Subiaco and its trains, and walkable to King's Park. Comfortable and really well listed-out. Great little apartment.

Lived in these apartments for 4 months for work. Great place, close to everything and was very clean and tidy. Chris (manager/owner of the units) was very welcoming and replied to any questions I had within a short period of time. I had an incident with the bed that needed fixing (my own fault) and he went above and beyond and fixed it within that same day while I was at work, which made it very convenient. In summary, great location, great place, great service. THANK YOU!

The Dowler apartment on Hay street was perfect for my mum to stay in when she was visiting. Great location and a decent size bedroom and bathroom. There are a few flights of stairs to access the apartment but these were no issue for us. We are currently renting another Dowler apartment long term, and will continue to keep coming back as they are great value for money. Thanks Chris!

Needed to stay in perth for 12 nights with the family and had to be in subiaco. Arrived at 222 hay street and the 2 bedroom unit was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable beds and enough room in the unit for the 2 kids. Had all the usual things in the kitchen to have home cooked meals every night. Highly recommend and will stay here again in the future.

My Children and I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at 222 Hay Street for 3 nights. We found the Apartment to be very clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. The location was great and very convenient. The owner was lovely to deal with. We would definately stay there again.

Every year I host academic visitors from Germany and Italy. They have stayed at several apartments at 381 Barker Rd and 253 Churchill Ave. All of my visitors have been absolutely happy with the apartments and the service provided.

This place is gold. Everything for a family and so close to Subiaco with great food everywhere. Thanks again Chris.
