DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge

Disgusting customer service. Concierge on duty refused to allow us to book a room purely because we were dressed in Halloween costumes. I have never been spoken to in such a derogatory manner as when trying to book a room here.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities!
We loved the comfort of the room, bed and pillows. There were some very cool features like the dimmer and night lighting, the double sided wardrobe, rain shower with the electric blind that brings in beautiful natural light to the bathroom.
There were even beauty lights on the mirror and a ring light mirror, perfect for getting ready before an event.
The pool area was absolutely gorgeous, and beautiful city views at night. Very close to great restaurants, and the restaurant downstairs looked lovely (if we didn't have plans we would've eaten there).
Staff were friendly and efficient.

Stayed here, was very poor. Left a review, was told to contact an email address given to discuss the issues further. It's been a month and no reply. The customer service here is faulty, disingenuous and performative. Ridiculous.

Staff we dealt with were lovely, including the night staff. We had to change rooms because of the nightclub noise, highly recommend NOT staying here over the weekend if you don’t plan on going for a night out. Room was not cleaned properly, drinking glasses were dirty, there was a disgusting brown smear on the curtains which wasn’t cleaned. No complimentary drinking water, asked for toothpaste sent to our room which never came. We were ripped off for the price that we paid. Location is good if you plan on going out but besides that this place is overpriced

Amazing service the minute I walked into reception very welcoming and patient and understanding, loved the cookie I received, the room was lovely and the salad I had was beautiful! Compliments to the chef, I definitely recommend this place I will be back thankyou! ️

Absolutely awesome place! Conducted a workshop at DoubleTree Hilton today which was a huge success! From the initial site visit meeting to catering and room requirements, we were taken care of really well by the events team. You guys deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you so much for making us look so good. Looking forward to working with you again in the future.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay! Even the breakfast was amazing! And perfect location right smack bang in the middle of everything.

Always a great stay at double tree Northbridge, great staff and service, always friendly and ready to help if needed.

Very nice accommodation but disappointing having to deal with an overseas telephone service when trying to dispute charges.

Great staff but the hotel has serious issues with noise even at the top floors and the price with the deluxe panoramic rooms feeling more like a rip off than anything.

For a hotel built in the heart of northbridge you would think that soundproofing the rooms from outside would be top priority but it seemed like it was forgotten about.

Left feeling really tired and dissatisfied with the whole stay.

I received their promotional card along with the hotel keys. Just went there to try. Found Really scrumptiously delicious food. I will be staying in Doubletree hotel, just because of this restaurant.

Clean comfortable setting, amazing food and friendly staff. The only downside no onsite parking but CCP is close by and have a deal with the hotel which the hotel staff clearly explained on arrival.

Loved it. Live it. Delicious. The Floor Manager took great care of and attention towards us. We are devoted India Cuisine dinners so we appreciated the nuances and guidance. Make a booking people.

Well kept rooms, good bar at the bottom.
Only negative thing i can take out is the bathrooms dont have a fan

Excellent location, so close to everything - clubs, pubs, restaurants, art gallery, museum etc. The hotel rooms are clean and nice. The restaurant has a good range of food and the bar is nice place for a drink. The staff are friendly and really accommodating. Highly recommend.

An easy walk into Perth's CBD via Yagan Square or Perth Cultural Centre.
Comfortable bed, decent air conditioning and black out curtains.
I appreciated the text message prior to check in asking if I had any questions regarding my stay.
Oh and the DoubleTree cookie of course!
Recommended and will return.

You basically have to ask for stuff when it should be automatically provided in room such as dental kit, extra amenities, robes and slippers. Expecting guests to drink tap water, not impressed. $5 for Room service food is ridiculous and portions are terribly small. At least gives guests free parking, my parking ticket came up as error even though they validated so had to go back and forth to check with Hotel. For the price I paid, don't think it was worth at all.
