The rooms are great and spacious. Located in the heart of the city, many restaurants and cafes around and walking distance from many attractions.

Would be perfect but let down by noise from anointing rooms.

I'm very disappointed. The room didn't seem big enough to be what we paid for, which was the king deluxe room.it was clean, however, not what was paid for. I ordered the larger beef pie. Please avoid as I was vomiting later on in the day & now have diarrhoea. Because we've stayed on Christmas day the food should have been a lot better.myself and my partner paid for the breakfast buffet this morning (please avoid paying also as the food that was supposed to be hot food was stone cold) overall very disappointing as this was me and my partners first stay in australia for Christmas. Alot to improve on.

Central location in the slightly less posh Northbridge district, lots of bars & Asian food options, also fast food, pubs. 15 minutes walk to the classier waterfront.
Pool with bar on the 3rd floor, there are also facilities/showers for late check out.
Room: good Hilton standard, clean, spacious, great view, unfortunately the window cannot be opened. Walk-in closet, safe, everything you would expect in this category.
Breakfast: first class, it even varies from day to day.
Service: very friendly & efficient.
Conclusion: clear recommendation, we thought Northbridge was great, not as tasty as Waterfront. AND: the pub "the Brass Monkey" a few steps further)

I was charged for one nights accomodation three times and the money has not been returned to me. I do not believe one nights accomodation is worth over $1k at this hotel. I have found them unhelpful in trying to resolve this matter and they cannot tell me if I will be refunded my money. I have lodged a dispute with my bank.

Update- 6 weeks later and I have sent numerous emails to the below email as encouraged and have received no response this matter. I have called the hotel who can’t help me and they keep giving me the run around. Just want everyone to be aware, I have read some below reviews of similar events happening at this hotel and this should not be happening or resolved in a timely matter.

Highly recommend Doubletree. Have stayed here several times and is my go to hotel when staying in the city. Great rooms and service. Just need to turn keep the pool temperature below 30 degrees.

Great place to stay if you want your stuff stolen. Belongings taken from room by cleaners while out through the day. Hotel used the excuse that because the cleaners are contractors, it is not their problem and that we would need to take it up with the contracting business. Wouldn't stay again.

The Jarrah room AC does not work, was uncomfortable for an all day work event, highly recommend not booking it.
They fused around but it seems like a problem that can't be fixed without modifying their AC design.

Hotel is all good including all staff but unfortunately, being it near to many rooftop bars and clubs makes it hard to sleep on Fridays and I guess Saturdays as well. If you are staying any of those days make sure to bring earbuds.

Great location of Hotel in centre of Northbridge. Staff were efficient and friendly. Great breakfast.

Lovely room and nice view. But annoying music could be heard until 4am from the 8th floor which kept me up all night.

Also issues as silver member trying to obtain the 10% discount from dining in at the on-site restaurant when sorting bill at checkout. Staff just kept repeating the total when I mentioned the discount and being a silver member. Would not return.

Great location, staff and very clean. Heated pool is nice. No bath in room is a bit unfortunate.

Honestly the best hotel in town for the price. Modern comfortable rooms, excellent location, professional staff. I have stayed at many hotels in Perth, and this one is my favourite. It's even better than the 5 star Hilton hotel down the road.

Nice comfortable room. Suitable for people on business trip. Love the way the wardrobe can be accessed through the bathroom. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Quiet surroundings during weekdays.

Check-in was very friendly. Interior of room was nice. Unfortunately, there was no free WiFi (only club members). There was no post service. Also, there was massive noise because of the night clubs in the area. The room was vibrating and I had to use ear plugs during the night.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the greatest hotel for our sporadic overnight staycation.

Manuela greeted us in such a magnificent caring and professional manner. She is such a delight and an absolute asset to the Doubletree by Hilton team.

Our room was immaculate and very comfortable.
We were a little miffed, as when booking, we requested a room with a bath/spa, however it was a minor blip on our wonderful stay.

10/10 recommended staying here!

Would never stay again at Hilton horror, Northbridge. Nice comfy beds that was the only good thing about this place. I Couldn’t sleep with the noise just after 12 went to reception knowing it’s Friday and asked how long the loud music was going to go on for, as It was vibrating through the room, the two guys at reception we’re extremely rude got told well it’s a Friday night it’s going to go on until 5am! Could not believe what I was hearing if that’s the case and the staff know this then there should be a warning when booking to only stay if you’re drunk going out on the town or a heavy sleeper. I’m still in shock now, what hotel books out rooms knowing it’s noisy and the rooms aren’t sound proof. Told reception I’m going to look at booking another hotel if that is the case and the response was do what you want. Terrible service. Tried calling the customer service line because I couldn’t deal with the clown on reception again and got hung up on twice. My partner and I have stayed in Hilton’s all around Australia and internationally and never ever have I been treated like this. If I could give no stars I would have

Been a year since our last visit and what a difference.

As usual the noise Thursday/Friday and Saturday is wild. Even with ear plugs sleep is a problem. I awoke several time over these nights due to this ongoing problem in this area.

Car Parking is at the CPP across the road and can be validated for $1 an hour but only in blocks of 24 hours which isn’t helpful when checkout is in the morning. You pay 12 hours you cannot use.

Executive lounge is GONE. As a Hilton Diamond Member (Wife is also one). This whole status collapses here. Only Diamond benefit discount on drinks and food over $30. Nothing else. What a joke.

Checkin was a long queues they had a Hilton Honours area where you normally get priority check in. We were told there isn’t any. Even though the sign was there.

No upgrade. So we had to share our bed with our child as there is no room for a roll out bed.

Half the time our room was never turned over and given amenities for 1.

Lifts there are marks over LCD screens. In the reception area we came down to a homeless man who had been in fight covered in bloody lying on the couch!

Never returning.
