Domino's Pizza Thornlie (WA)

I made a mistake with my order last night and the team went above and beyond for me. Thank you so so much. Great pizza!

This guy usually doesn't wear a mask at all. He made an effort tonight by having one but it wasn't covering his nose or mouth. He is the reason I won't be back.

Ordered online. According to tracker, estimated pickup was 5: 33. Pizzas were ready for pickup at 5: 36. When we got there, they had no idea about our order. Finally received it a 6: 02. No apology, no explanation.
Ordered deep pan x 2 and bbq sauce x 1. Got two thin and crispy and both with pizza sauce.

Best dominos in Perth, so fresh so fluffy lots of toppings never had anything less quick service

Definitely no stars calling the health department
I used to work as a bistro chef in the first few years of my apprenticeship
And part of the bistro we had a pizzeria

To come to this outlet in thornlie near warton road only to find this gut wrenching borderline health risk
Of a place.
You can clearly see in the photos that their rotisserie grill they use to cook their creations has not been clean or maintained to have a greasy and filthy blackened base is clearly why certain people should not have a business

This is happened less than an hour ago now my daughter has a stomach ache and pains and we all know what happens after

I'm sorry but only Italian should cook Italian food

Very very bad service. I wish to give them ratings in MINUS. Last night I ordered for a veggie pizza at 7: 30, after half an hour when I went to pick it up they said there is no order for Jas. But with in one minute when I called back on land line number and the girl replied me it's ready to go. ‍️
It was a VEGGIE pizza without olives even though I found olives and pepperoni. When I complained, the staff gave me stupid excuse that pepperoni sticked in box. They think customers are fool who don't know the difference between cooked and raw food. Extremely rude staff members sending customers away. They go to Domino's just for gossips rather than to love work, greet customers and expand business.
FREE ADVICE-: In my eyes, they need more basic training to differentiate between vegetables and meat. Because some people are vegetarians by their own choice and some are from their religion.

Well you'll never go wrong with Dominos for dinner love the pizza with cheesy crust, the nachos is super yum but hate the calories? , the pepperoni puff roll and choc lava puff roll taste just okay, okay to try a new product from their range but not to be my repeated order and to be honest it will be the 1st and my last order for these 2 puff roll as the pepperoni one taste quite bland and the choc lava is nothing really melted I give 5 stars because I love dominos pizza, they pizza is juicy and yummy

Pizzas were great just as advertised apart from size always surprised with the size. I swear they get smaller everytime and for 33 for 2 pizzas with no extra sides or extras it's pretty bloody steep but again tasted great so close to 4 stars.

I have tried Dominos Bentley, Karawara, Langford, willetton. Thronlie dominos is by far the best dominos out of all. They know how to make decent pizza and deliver them on time. Pizzas with just right amount of ingredients not overloaded with cheese.

The worst customer service, she was very rude, kept talking over me and would not even listen to my order and hung up on me before I even finished ordering, disgusting behaviour.

I ordered 3 times from menulog and after the order was confirmed I called the store to tell them to call me when it arrives and they never called so my sleeping housemates had to pick it up

Everytime we've been the pizza has been hot, delicious and ready in minutes. Even tonight they were running a little behind and gave us a free garlic bread. Lovely staff. And the food is delicious.

Wow, Just had a thin & crispy 1/2 Peri Peri Chicken & 1/2 Avo Veg, absolutely delicious an super full of toppings, best Dominos we’ve had. Thanks Team, we will be back (we live in Golden Bay).

Been visiting this store for a while now. They are quick at making their orders, I usually place my order online and it's always ready before estimated time. The price is good however the portion sizes are a bit small. The toppings are on point.

Customer service is not consistent. Can definitely be improved. I'll give you a 5 star if you're more customer centric. Overall it's a great place to have a feed and the store is well managed. Thanks team

Ordered and paid online for a simple pizza and chicken bites. Arrived in time. Kept waiting more than half an hour. At least 50 people got served in the meantime. And after that not even a simple sorry. Simply pushed the food over the counter and turned back.

Placed an order, delivery time was given, we tracked the order close to the given time, it showed our order was on the way, we live 5 minutes away. 45 minutes later I phoned the shop asking how much longer we could expect the wait to be only to be first told they did not have an order for us! After persisting and telling them our account had already been debited they miraculously found the order had been placed but due to a ‘technical issue’ had not been done! They would do it now and we could expect it in 25 minutes! Customer service and care factor was zero! From placing the order at 7.20pm it’s now 9.00pm and we are still waiting!

My local store and 95% of the time you get an decent pizza today was a shocker! Manager on duty was alone and could not cope or use manners to explain what was happening. My pizza was left on the shelf for 20 mins while I was standing in front of the counter.
Present situation I don’t want to be standing taking up or watching my pizza go cold. Disappointing service and even more disappointed with the cold pizza and garlic bread. I’m out there is 3 other stores locally.

Manager is exceptionally nice guy. Ordered a pick up order and then got called in to work for an emergency. Phoned and asked if I could delay the order to which I was advised the pizza was already cooking but they were happy to remake the pizza at a later time for me so that it would be fresh. Offered to pay for old pizza also but manager insisted it was okay. I know it may be a little thing to some but this shows fantastic commitment to your customer base and their satisfaction. Pizza was bloody tasy too. Will be coming back everytime I have a pizza craving to this store. Cheers guys!

Great service fairly quick and pizzas segments were fairly even. Go there bout once month great

Really bad service, stuffed up my order twice and wouldn't admit they did. So much for saying we're hungry to be better. Really disappointing
