Domino's Pizza Thornlie (WA)

Pizza wasn't topped well, it was cold as if it had been pre made. I have never known a pizza to be that cold as soon as you get it. Lost a customer.

Have an online voucher for pizza - website doesn’t acknowledge the voucher (though still avoid) and didn’t allow me to put pizza type in……. Have used website previously however the time I urgently need pizzas website doesn’t work. Had to phone through, Cost extra and longer wait time

Oi please stop delivering it to the hinge of the door so when i open the freaking door to grab it, the door crushes the freaking food.edited this from two to one stars you guys put it in front of the door again despite delivery notes.also.i know it does say 10 inches is a large pizza.i hope dominos higher ups change that though this is freaking tiny as.miniature pizzas.

I really like this Domino's. The kitchen is always clean. The quality of the pizzas is amazing. Very happy with their Pizzas

Pizzas were undercooked …been going this place from couple of years but today was my worst experience.

Clearly mentioned on bill that its car park delivery. After waiting for 5 minutes over, I went in the store and left kids in the car. Both staff members were busy in chit chatting and when asked it was car park delivery, the lame excuse given was “system is not working” I mean *wow* not a good excuse plz
By the way pizza was good.

EDIT: visiting this store often as new staff is working their and we find the service to the point.
Love their indi chicken tikka, spicy peppy paneer, peri peri chicken and pasta pizza.

Omg how bad is this place, there were 2 employees fighting there, while I had my child there, , u could clearly see the young people working there were uncomfortable and scared, discussing behaviors, I got my money back because of this, do not go there, they both should be fired, will never get my money again.discussing

Had pizza here tonight. The pizzas were all undercooked. The garlic bread was also undercooked and soggy/wet. The pizza was not hot enough.
I’ve had the pepperoni pizza in late April and tonight - the pepperoni has either changed or it’s likely stale/off. It smelt very very bad and tasted very bad. I’ve eaten dominos for years and I can guarantee I’ll never go back. Something very concerning about this restaurant and the company as a whole. I’ll also be making a complaint to the health department regarding the risks associated with the food temperature and being undercooked.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides on Sunday. Classic crust but it was so thick and definitely not classic. Pizzas were thrown together and undercooked. Side 1 was undercooked soggy garlic bread. Side 2 was burnt pepperoni puff roll. Totally substandard and very disappointing. No reply from their feedback

Been going there once a week for years. Fine until a few weeks ago. Pizzas burnt black, either way too much toppings piled on or hardly any at all. Burnt black Pepperoni pizza two weeks in a row now, fortunately this week there wasn't much Pepperoni on it to burn. Sparse Jalopenos on the Firebreather. Orders are late.
Store was dirty, used cleaning cloth left on a table, rubbish on the floor, seats dirty. Staff members unfriendly and look like they're feeling dead inside. This store used to be stupendous in their quality and for being on time (as well as friendly staff who cared). Now the pizzas are sloppy, burnt with no quality control at all, and the staff look like they're past caring. Hmmmm Pizza Hut is looking good.

Worst pizza! It's a disgrace to even call it a large pizza. Ordered a large paneer pizza, seriously had 4 tiny pieces of paneer, went back to the store with the pizza and they said they only put 4 pieces. Haha seriously? Never coming back!

An excellent Domino's store, pizza's were hot and tasty and they were ready on time, especially since they were booked almost a day ahead. Staff were friendly and polite and made terrific pizzas. I have to say that this is true of both Thornlie and Kwinana Domino's. Again a great place to get exceptionally good and quick food.

Terrible service horrible pizzas would not every feed them to my dog a total waste of mine time and money and will not come back to this place again and disgrace to dominos chain.

Extremely disappointing, I ordered online my order was confirmed and was cooking when the website stopped working, I tried calling multiple times, waited over 30 mins and my pizza never showed up.definitely will not be ordering from here again!

Never really have a problem with their pizzas, unless I decide to get add-ons on my pizza, they always seem to forget to add them, but still happily charge you for them. How hard is it to read an order docket correctly?

Terrible just terrible. These ignorant no brained dweebs decide that once it hit 25 minutes before closing they will no longer answer calls which honestly I think is unacceptable for a company they are dragging the Domino’s name in the dirt and mud we tried to check if our order went through and the lady on the phone was so blatantly rude And did not even bother to check and just said no and hung up with in 0.0001 seconds honestly if I had a say I would close at 12 if they really want to play like this Will NEVER be returning here since it was not a pleasure to do business with you

We ordered tonight. Service was reasonable and certainly no issues there. The pizzas on the other hand were a disgrace. Don't bother wasting your money. There idea of a large pizza is a joke. 10 inches in diameter or if you like around 25 cm. I assumed they had given me small pizzas so i rang back to check. The lady says ooh yea that's correct cause our small pizzas have around four slices in it you've definitely got the large ones. Ding Dong. We won't be back any time soon.

I ordered a double beef bacon cheese burger, then got home to see its under cooked again third time in a row. I decided to call up see what was going on.ask to speak with the manager, his attitude said everything like he didn't really care. No help what so ever this place used to be good

I selected $5 for tip for driver but on delivery she wasn't aware of this tip? Where is this money going if it isn't to the intended recipient. This smells like fraud/stealing?
