Domino's Pizza Southern River (canning Vale)

The guy was nice, the pizza was fluffy and the crust crunchy!
I've realis d now it's just the Kelmscott store that doesn't do great pizzas.

I would like to give them zero if i can for the bad customer service and not making the order right. In the last six months, they have missed my order, given wrong pizza and today made the wrong pizza.
Since there are not many options available other than Dominoes that's why i keep disappointing myself by ordering there again.

It was ok. The staff doesn't greet the customers. If they make a mistake in the order, their response is that mistakes do happen.

Second order and they stuffed it up again. Both times had to ask where my order was, first order they didnt know where it was, second order the oven "broke down". Next time? Im going straight to Crust. At least i never have to call after ordering ro find out if my order i paid for will be delivered. Thanks dominos NOT. Im still hAngry and waiting

Not only once but a few times now, handed my order to someone else. Staff have a really bad attitude especially the one who was acting like a Supervisor.
It was the last time, never going back again

Terrible service. Made an online order last night (7th January 2020) for a delivery and got a call from the store person telling they are closing down in 5 mins and the driver is on the road, so it will take 1 hour to deliver the pizzas and if we wanted to cancel the order? (Which clearly says he does not want to make the order and wants to leave early). I have worked in Dominos for 3 years and I clearly know how it works. Instead I told we will come and pick it up, but he refused to take the order and said he needs to be out of the door in 5 minutes and they are almost done (This was the worst part, looks like they had turned off the oven already & were cancelling orders). The online reviews show how bad this store is in terms of performing, We went to a different store to collect the order last night. Just making it clear that we wont be ordering from that store anymore, will instead travel and pick it up from else where.
Any order needs to be taken even if it is 1 minute before close (which is what every owner / manager will do). Hope you teach the staffs on how to respond to customers & not lose them due to bad service.

Ordered pizzas frequently from this store and are always delicious. Tonight picked up 3, unusually though 2 of 3 pizzas were not quite what we expected. Rang the store, they resolved the issue very quickly, and delivered to our door replacements in less than half hour, steaming hot, and perfect to our original order. They were Very apologetic for the inconvenience, I’m so impressed with the excellent customer service and will continue getting my pizzas from this store. Well done!

Careless workers, carelessly made pizza. Girl who served us could not have cared less about serving us, and the pizza was seemingly slapped together with the biggest possible chunks of each vegetable, so most of it fell off repeatedly before we gave up and just let it keep falling off. Would rather go another ten minutes out of my way to Pizza Hut or Pappa's Pizza than eat this dross again

Normally very good however received very bad service from some dude who must of had a bad day / night. No greeting, the only eye contact was like an evil look, didn't say thanks or good night. Nothing. I thanked him as a courtesy but he just walked off in a huff. I haven't experienced that level of poor service in a while.

Always great quality, taste, and service, easily the best Domino's around this area. I've never had any issues with this place while others around have been inedible. This business is the only Domino's around who also support our local kids sporting clubs. They have given a lot back to the community.

Ordered a few pizzas, cheesy garlic bread, chicken by bites and some chicken wings.

It was without the worst meal I've ever had.

The pizza had little to no topping on it. Less than a store bought frozen pizza, cheesy garlic bread had practically no cheese and was cooked to within an inch of it's life.

The entire meal went in the the bin.

Will not be ever buying from dominoes again.

Terrible service, ordered online for 6.15pm delivery, rang at 5.55pm to check order had been received, was advised it was and would roughly be delivered by 6.10pm. I then called again at 6.30pm to be answered by a rude male, who clearly didn't want to be there advising my order was on its way, no explanation as to why it was late etc we then received our order at 6.41pm and our delivery guy was very nice and apologetic, unfortunately the pizzas were not very well presented and tasteless we were glad the garlic bread tasted yummy. Sad to say you've dropped your standards Dominos.

We regularly order from this store and have never had an issue, good service. We placed an online order on 30 Dec 2018, which i believed i had canceled on the app 45 mins before the pick up time, as our plans had changed and we needed to go out to meet family. Due to my error the order was not cancelled and i was emailed an invoice at the pick up time I had entered. I called the store to make sure my order had been cancelled which they said was not. I'm sure by this time the pizza would have been made, but they were still good enough to cancel this order for me. GREAT customer service! We will definitely continue to use this store. As a side note for corporate, it would be great if the app had a clear function to cancel an order before it has been cooked.

Best Domino in town. Generous with the toppings. Very consistent with their pizza. Won't order Domino unless it is frm this store.

This place used to be good but over the last few months has really gone downhill have rocked up with the wrong order multiple times one night we called and let them know and they brought the wrong order again, the chicken are disgusting not cooked properly

Disappointing. I read the reviews (must be all fakes) and found the pizzas to be of a low quality. Cheap toppings, cheap base, frozen toppings or out of a can. Starter items like chicken chips etc all taste frozen and gross. I'm sure he will ask me what I ordered but there is no way for him to know because he scribbled my order on a piece of paper, no POS means no GST. Scam operation in my opinion.

The pizzas are almost good as the Livingston store but staff ain't anywhere near as helpful. Got served by a twelvie named Mitchell he looked really messy and dont not help me choose a pizza as he was busy flirting with the chick next to me.ps this is a joke

I believe it was in 19th August or 5th September 2017 order where they screwed up and made ny veggie pizza with onion and had couple of meat pieces on it, we threw it straight away and called them, the lady on the phone apologized and said she has added a replacement one for free as i have already paid for my next trip or whenever. Called today the manager Zac said the don't offer free or replacement pizzas at all if they do it then it is via email and i should order online, wish this process was followed by the people who are in the system, I simply hung up as i have other better dominos shops to go to rather than this unorganized one.

Went to bentley today and paid and picked up a pizza and confirmed the process and even they said it gets added to the phone number and not via email.
