Domino's Pizza Southern River (canning Vale)

Brilliant pizzas and workers are so friendly. The atmosphere is amazing and tidy, will definitely be coming back!

Pizza is alright for its price. When delivered, it's usually delivered within 10-15 minutes. And pizzas have a good amount of toppings.

Have tried multiple stores, by far the best service we’ve received. It’s remarkable how they get the door for every customer even though it seemed busy.

Ordered paneer pizza gave me veg pizza and didn't want to exchange or refund.
Manager najam was rude on phone.
He spoiled my kids party.

I ordered pizza for my kids who were at home when I was in my work place.
But Domino's canceled the order without any notice. Poor kids wait for food long time. After 45 mins of confirmed delivery time they call me and told still no food.
That was very bad experience with canning vale domino's.
Any way they refund me after few days

Last Saturday evening you had a young guy at the front counter - blonde/brown curly hair wearing hair net. He looked about 15/16.
Was extremely polite, helpful and was gave excellent customer service. We ordered 6 pizzas and 4 sides. Everything was spot on.

Ordered a delivery of 3 pizzas and a garlic bread. The delivery was fast and I was greated by a lovely delivery driver who was very nice. I cant say the same about the pizza quality absoulety disgusting and poor manangement please take more care with my Supreme Pizzas!

I had a wonderful time at your great place and also a fantastic worker by the name of Ethan was very friendly towards me. Good job guys

Overall the food is great however, I noticed while in store, waiting for my food the manager I believe is partially disrespectful to his fellow employees. He seems to shout frequently at them.

A couple of months ago I got my family pizza here on a Sunday.

I was surprised when I learnt that you have a 10% loading on all transactions on a Sunday. It was explained to me that this is because staff get paid more on Sundays.

I do not force your staff to work Sundays so why should I be charged an extra fee?

If you (Dominos) can’t afford to pay your staff on Sundays you should rethink business models because it looks like with this loading you may be struggling. If you value your employees it should come out of your pocket not that of your customers. I am happy to sit down with you to discuss a business plan going forward.

I may be able to cop public holidays but every Sunday no thank you. Just so you know after leaving your establishment I went to Coles, Hungry Jacks and McDonalds and was surprised that they don’t have a Sunday loading.

I arrived at the store and asked for the order, they said they didn't have it. I checked the digital receipt and tried to show them but they ignored me, 3 staff members came out, two were standing a metre from the counter where I was, ignoring me. It got to the point where the other customers had to 'wish me luck' ever getting served. After showing the receipt someone said they didn't know what to do, I asked if they could get someone who could. They directed me to the person standing a metre from the counter, who ignored me. Turns out the order was there the whole time and they just didn't bother to check properly and I was ignored for a whole 20 minutes, despite trying to get their attention.

The quality of service was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning

Better than the Livingston Domino's so worth the bit extra drive. Hard to get parking in front during peak times but if you don't mind the walk just park near the Mufasa place. Carefully pull out of the driveway though as there are some bad drivers in the area.

Just don't order Thin crust pizza.those are actually puff pastry base sheets very terrible to eat

It was raining and I had a large order to pick up, I wasn’t sure if I could carry all of it at once and one of the guys at the counter must have seen I was struggling. So he asked one of the guys to help me take it to my car! Thank you so much!

Tonight I made an order over the phone and one of the pizza was more expensive than I thought and person who took the order didn't tell me its price. The pizza that was initially ordered was from premium menu which i wasn't aware of. I spoke to the store manager and asked if I could swap it for 2 pizzas from the value deal menu instead. The service I received from the manager was beyond what I expected. He gave me the 2 pizzas i asked for and he gave me the original expensive pizza on top. He said "as long as you are happy I'm happy". Talking about customer service +. Thank you for your top customer service.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have had the worst experience today with these people. I was trying to pick my order up only for me to arrive and it was not even made. Secondly it was not what I ordered once I got it and upon me complaining online they decided to phone me to then complain about my complaint. That is poor customer service right there. Will never be comming back here. Do not buy from this store.

I have ordered a pizza (India paneer tikka) from southern river. I have removed the option of chicken and instead of chicken I chose paneer. When I received the order, I found traces of chicken in my pizza. It wasted my money!
It cost me $26 to buy this pizza online, which is about 7-8 dollar if we order in store.
Worst experience ever!

Okay so this is what happened last night. I ordered a simply cheese pizza from domino’s through uber eats app. I chose the classic crust, with pizza sauce, chilli flakes and mozzarella cheese. This cost $21 including delivery. And I specifically added in the notes to not cut the pizza because i dont want the same utensils used for other pizza’s to touch mine. Soon after I ordered i got a call from a random number (i didn’t pick up because I’ve been scammed too much times so i silenced unknown numbers) i messaged back asking who this is a no one replied. Almost half an hour later the pizza arrives and i was shocked. It was legit just pizza dough with sauce and chilli flakes. NO CHEESE and they didnt follow simple directions to not cut the pizza. I called them and i talk to the manager he’s like i called but no one answered and because it was ordered through an online app they cant see the modifications (what modifications i just said i want mozzarella cheese with chilli flakes). Like seriously if u cant see those things why make it available to order through uber eats.so im like i payed $21 just for dough? After further discussion hes like well out of our good intentions or something like that u can get a free simply cheese pizza next time u order. So i pause then say okayyy coz i was fed up. And then when i go to ask how would i asked for the free pizza like what do i need to provide.they hung up.like seriously. I DONT EVEN WANT ANOTHER PIZZA I JUST WANT A REFUND COZ THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS!

I would like to give them negative if i can. Apart from one indian guy who has been working there for a long time (didn't get his name), none of the staff seems to know what they doing. The guy at the cut, doesn't know how to cut properly. Couple of staff working without dominos dress. Every time they have the same excuse, we are busy and thats why we couldn't make it in time.
