Domino's Pizza Langford WA

Service was very slow.waited 5minites before anyone noticed me.tomato sauce container was half empty.sides of the container were covered with dry sauce

Ordered pizza and removed pork products, pizza delivered and had pepperoni in, called the store and the manager on shift didn't want to even listen to me and said said there’s nothing I can do and refused to resolve the issue, worst customer service I have even had.

My husband bought a spicy peppy paneer pizza and it got a pepperoni slice in the pizza. We are vegetarian and it is really ridiculous when we found out it. Never gonna buy this worst food again from here. The staff should be careful while making the pizza. We are paying money for the food. We are not paying money to face this kind of situations. I would like to aware everyone to check their food before getting it from the store. This could happen to anyone. It was really waste of our money.

Pizza was absolutely disgraceful, ordered GF. If only I could post a picture 3 toppings of meat. Ground beef couldn’t even find the beef. Pepperoni about 4 slices on the wholes pizza and 5 bits of sausage.

We bought 3 pizza's and found there was a fly in meat lover pizza and we have to threw it away. We called shop owner to let them know about it so they can control quality and maintain hygiene but owner (Anoop) was rude. My intention is not to claim $15 for pizza but expect value for money what I paid for i.e good quality pizza and not fly.

My order was rejected from the store online with instructions to call the store and order. After about a minute of speaking to a young store employee about the issue, they let me know its fine and they will take my order. As i start my order they then cut me off and ask if i can call back later and order lol what even is this store.

Very disgusted with the service here got 3 pizzas for 5 kids and partner and was very average to say the least and rang to complain and asked if had any left I said was Cpl slice and said cant do nothing not very good management at all wont be back there

One of the quickest Dominos I have ever been to! Two pizzas were ready in store within 10min Super fast and the quality of the pizza was very good also

Worst domino's ever. Untrained staff. Base was uncooked. Worst pizza i have ever had. Taste like eating just raw dough, no toppings at all. This domino's should be banned because they are giving a bad name to domino's. We did not get what we paid for. Not going to this store ever. Worst service. Don't have enough words to explain my frustration.

We were their customers for about 7 years.
It was one of the best domino's we knew.
Unfortunately from when Indians took over the business everything's chanced. Low quality, delay and bad customer service.

Worst pizza ever. Under cook pizza plus no topping at all. This store is ruining the name of domino's. We paid $50 dollars and got just raw base of pizza without toppings. Seems like they just placed the pizzas for 2 minutes in the oven. So disappointed. Not going to this store ever and recommend not to go there. Worst pizza i have ever had.

Whoever picks up the phone is so rude zero customer service skills. Not even a “hello what can I get you”. She always says “HELLO” and that’s it. I had to ask my self is this dominoes? Can I order? Makes me feel uncomfortable.

Delicious and fresh with fast delivery, easily accessible car park and plenty of parking with wheelchair accessibility. I do not think there is a toilet although the attached service station may have one

I was hungry from my work and came directly to order pery perry piza- told me 10 minute but took more then 25 minute - really dissappointed

I knew the quality of the chain when I ordered, but ordered anyway. Quite reasonable for being Dominoes, and done in reasonable time, delivered with decent service.

I had a driver named Sar, he delivered to me yesterday, can't say I'm disappointed, Pizza came very quick and was still hot when it arrived, Customer service was excellent, Highly recommend!

Our order was delivered over an hour late, I had to call the store 3 times and each time I got "he's 3 minutes away". When the order finally got here, he didn't say as much as a sorry, the pizza was barely warm, and he had forgotten a drink.
The store is 5 minutes away from my house, and it took him another 20 minutes to get my drink and return.
The manager did refund my order and apologise for everything, but that was appalling service.

The young lady in the kitchen needs to wear gloves and not use her personal mobile phone while working in the kitchen. This poses a major health risk and breaches the food preparation policies. Please make sure she is made aware of this.

The staff attire and general presentation of the store was quite alarming. Dirty uniforms, rubbish on the floor and items laying around.

The only positive experience was the young man who returned from his delivery and had to serve me as others did not. He was polite, attentive, and identified my order as the young lady using her mobile phone said "I don't know, there's no receipt" before turning her attention away from the issue. Please praise this young man.

Your store is one of my favourite Dominos store around. However, tonight was a major surprise and let down.

This was my first time ordering pizza after nearly a year of not having any.

I paid nearly $60 to feed myself and my family and I received them not at the estimated time, but a whole hour later!

The Pizza checker only sent one photo of one of the pizzas out of the three we ordered, The tracking did not work right and it said the order was delivered when it wasn't.

Not to mention the Driver's GPS was not working either so I didn't even know where my order was.

It took nearly another hour to arrive and we had to re-heat the pizza at home.

The fact it took so long makes me wonder what in the heck was happening, considering we don't even live that far away from that Dominos!

When I called the store to check my order, the staff was rude and unprofessional.
Not to mention many times I called, either the call would automatically hang up itself or it'd pick up but have no sound at all.

When they did pick up, as I was asking where my order was, they ended up just hanging up on me.

The whole thing was very unprofessional and disappointing.

I am very upset.
After not ordering from Dominos for such a long time, this is the experience I return to? No thanks.

Doesn't matter how good the Pizzas are, I will not be ordering here again.

It's ok. It's close so have been there a few times. It is usually busy, but have had to wait a long time even when not busy. When trying to phone ahead, the phone is just not answered.

Had a feeling on last visit, my pizza was given to another customer and had to wait for another. The computer read out said, in oven, ready, something tested.and then all of a sudden it was back in the oven and not ready!
