Domino's Pizza Langford WA

They frequently substitute deep pan for classic.
When you ask they lie to get you out of the store.

Attached is photo of "deep pan" pizza that I queried and was told "yeah that's deep pan".

Sending feedback online is a pointless exercise as dominos does not respond.

Undercooked and lukewarm pizzas and garlic bread; I called to let the store manager know this feedback — he responded “It’s not possible” and gave me his phone number to send the images. No response so I called again and he responded “I don’t check my messages” — I had to remind him of the refund/remake policy.

Another bonus was the delivery driver attempting to give our order to another person *after* we had walked metres away from our dwelling (trying to wave him down) to another street.

Update: We had our food redelivered and the quality was worse. The suggestions from the manager:
- Do you want us to burn it?
- Can you use your oven?

The standard was poor (even for Langford) — manager argued that Classic crust was supposed to be doughy. I have obviously had pizza from dominos before and that is just not the case. When I stated that the pepperoni slices were not cooked or even slightly crisp - he argued that it’s supposed to be like that too.

Denied our refund and told us to use our oven. Better quality and care at Crust or Pizza Hut.

After being told I would have to wait 15 minutes and actually waiting 40 minutes. The pizzas were cold the side orders incorrect. I suspect some of my pizzas sold to other walk ins. After spending $54.00 and waiting 40 minutes at least the order could be hot and correct.

I think I've been there a few times, and each time I go there, my experience is different. Sometimes, i have to wait too long to get my order, or the pizza taste is not good or sometimes both. They are not customer friendly. They think that they are king of the country. I am regret going again.

Ordered a cheesy garlic bread, 10 wings, a large supreme and a large chicken camembert pizza.
The Chicken Camembert Pizza tasted like bland dough was bloody terrible only ate half a slice no base sauce skimped on the toppings except the red onion there was plenty of that, hardly any Camembert cheese (4 pieces), what chicken was on the pizza was put on sporadically, MISSING TOMATOES, asked for extra hollandaise sauce never got that either PICK UP YOUR GAME TEAM LANGFORD!

Did place and delivery order they have completed the order straight away did speak to manager and they never deliver food nor refund the money worst service

Disgusted in the manger Mitchell.
We got 2 BBQ chicken pizzas WITHOUT BACON.
We called Langford domino’s and Mitchell (the manger) said he cut them himself and there wasn’t any on there.
I advised him there was I had taken photos as well.
We got 2 new pizzas without bacon.
Mitchell calls me saying he thinks I’m faking it as we got free food l, which we did not we paid for it!
He proceeds to say that it looks funny how it’s our first order (it wasn’t it was only my first order through the app).
He was not apologetic and didn’t seem to have a clue what good customer service looks like.
What a horrible experience. I’ll be sure to order my pizzas from somewhere else in the future.

Just ordered 2pizzas and sides. The cut of the pizza’s was completely uneven. Choco lava cake was completely squeezed and very less hot sauce for a 10 pack wings. Otherwise the delivery was very quick.

You guys dont deserve even 1 star rating. Poor customer service, poor staff. After 30 minutes late giving my order instead of apologising staff told me not to come again and gave me wrong order. Need to take strong actions.

Excellent service, a lovely girl was working there and she was being blatantly disrespected and micromanaged by a man also working there.she stood up for herself and he demanded she went home.abhorrent behaviour, he needs to be reprimanded.

Was going to re order from here after many many bad experiences last year. After reading new reviews I've realised nothing changed and won't bother.

Worker arguing with manager. So uncomfortable. Asked for 4 deep pans 3 were thin 1 deep.
Cheese burger pizza had no meat on it or pickle and tasted that spicy I couldn't eat it.
Supreme Pizza looked like it had the cheese burger pizza meat on it.
Supreme pizza came with a bit of green capsicum and the wrong meat.
The whole place looks like it's never been cleaned and I will never be going back there again.

I had very bad experience. I had ordered two pizzas and when I brought them to home by putting in insulated bag. When I opened one pizza it was nice and when I opened second one it was in bad condition as all the cheese spread outside the pizza. I talked to the store person and he fully refused to accept his mistake and blamed me that it is only my mistake and he could not do anything with this. I explained him that I M a delivery driver and I know very well how to keep pizza in an insulated bag. It was really bad experience with them

I'm the regular customer of dominos Langford and my past experience was not quite satisfied because the staff was very rude and not even welcome the customers but now they maybe changed the ownership or maybe because of new staff they do welcome the customer which is a key of every business. Quality of food comes after but first it's important to welcome customers. So i changed my rating from 1 to 5.

Front staff very rude and showing so much attitude.making very bad pizza and even he don’t know customers value.its not happened first time this is 4th and 5th time.not going there anymore

I ordered pizza from this shop when I went to pick up there wasn’t enough topping and when I told staff and told him like this is 2nd time and a young 15 year old boy come up to me and start saying If you want more topping you pay extra I was like I mate this is not how you talk to customer I worked Pizza Hut for 5 years as a manager.long story short

Money worth with good staff. It was busy but only a mild waiting. The pizza tasted delicious as usual

This is my second time, I ordered Peppy Paneer Pizza and I’m very disappointed. There is no paneer topping on the pizza and there was only 2 small pieces of paneer on my first order. When I first ordered couple of weeks ago, I asked the manager that the topping is not enough and he said “IT’S MORE THAN EXTRA”.

It’s very much disappointing and I’m leaving the review because I’m frustrated for not getting What I have Paid for!

Second time we received undercooked, raw pizza base on our garlic prawn pizza. Slimy wet dough, worse and more obvious on one side and the middle. Worse quality, never had an issue with any other domino store’s garlic prawn. Called back the store and got told I am the only one who has ever complained about their dough being uncooked, as if I don’t know food standards of what is raw vs cooked - are we excepted for this to be edible? Not surprised that when we jumped onto reviews to see multiple complaints about raw base. Consistently bad it seems! Not impressed, sloppy pizza and sloppy service.never ordering from this outlet again.

Worst experience I ordered peppi paneer pizza but I received the wrong one. And the presentation was also very bad. The topping of sauces was in abundance.
