Domino's Pizza Forrestfield

Expect your order to be wrong or just plain bad from this dominoes. There is never enough sauce or cheese, always undercooked, the cheesy garlic bread always has the tiniest amount of cheese and is often burnt. They will also swap menu items without your consent if they don't have them, instead of giving the option of a refund (no i don't want 2x garlic bread instead of 1x cheesy garlic bread, I want a refund, I would never have ordered 2x garlic breads). One time I ordered a vegetarian pizza and it came with meat on it, had to wait for the delivery person to drive back and give me my correct order (so add another 30-40 minutes or so, obviously my partner was long finished with his food before I got mine). There was no apology, no freebie, nothing, just had to give the wrong pizza back and given my correct one. I almost ate meat after 10+ years, if they did that to someone with a meat allergy they could have died. Honestly didn't order from here for a while after that experience, and my last 2 pizzas from here were terrible, so not going to order for a while again.

I was given the wrong pizzas and had to return to collect the correct ones. They were obviously cold when I got them. Poor effort.

Yesterday afternoon we ordered 2 pizza with chicken 1 Camembert & 1 loaded chicken (not noticed till we start eating this arrived without chicken)
I decided to call and explain the situation, I was told that I have to give back the pizza to get a replacement I mentioned we consumed 2 slices.his answer was you eat 2 slices and you did not see dosent have chicken.asked me to send pictures.
, that set me off.he did not believe me.
I raised my voice to him and told him I come to the store.
At the store he told me I was rude to him, liar (i was angry but not disrespectful). I wanted to talk to the manager, guess what he claim is the manager.i Requested refund for that pizza.he start talking in Foreign language (indian) I received refund for that pizza.

We ordered thin n crispy well we got paper thin. Not cut properly creamy garlic pizza spinach was shriveled up n tasteless. Service was below average as they dont know their job when it comes to sides. Rang them to complain person doesn’t believe u

Tried calling from Belmont on my way home from work 2.30 Sunday afternoon I'm pretty tied and wanted to pick it up and go home straight away it kept ringing out the whole way from Belmont to forrestfield I was still calling them when I walked in the shop not only did they make me wait before serving me they all ignored the ringing phone and the place was dead no cusyome

The Pizza's from Dominos are nothing special, I had the crispy duck with bacon, nothing crispy about the duck, there was hardly any on the pizza. And the litre of BBQ Sauce killed the Taste experience. No more for me.

I find Domino's a hit and a miss. When they are good there good, but they will deliver you some one else's order.you order a thin base and you get thick. Very irritating. HOWEVER They they still look after you in rectifying their mistakes.

Very very very disappointing. On Friday I Called 10 times with no answer. My delivery was 3.30 hours LATE! No sorry, just we misplaced the order. Pizza was cold, and the delivery driver who delivered the order wasn’t even interested. Didn’t say a word. I said Hi and she just completely ignored me. And then walked off. Pizza was also freezing cold, like it had been sitting there for 3.30 hours. Manager on duty couldn’t string a proper sentence together when I eventually got through after my Order had been delivered. Only offered a value range pizza for free when I next pick up. Wont be ordering from here again

Normally a great Domino's but tonight pizza was cold even though I had to wait in store for it, also 5 pack of brownies with dipping sauce was only 3 brownies and no dipping sauce.

Just picked up my Meatlovers pizza. Most awful pizza ever. Not sure if it’s different owners but deffenetly different cooks. No meat or ham only a few pieces was very disappointed as I have always got my pizza from here won’t be going back owners can contact me if they like as I left a coment before I left and the person who served me wasn’t interested

Pizzas are good but anything else on the menu is horrible. Staff and management are extremely poor and wait times for pick-up are horrible, its like the staff haven't even been trained.

To treat to the grandkids we grab the $5 pizzas feed them up and our kids have to clean up lunch time ones seem to be the best ones

Pizza's were perfect. They are not always as perfect, though usually pretty good, but the chef/cook on duty tonight that prepared our pizza's did a great job. The perfect balance of sauce, cheese and toppings, carefully spread right across the whole pizza (right to the edge of the thin and crispy base), and cooked to perfection! Pizza arrived hot. Only issue was the dipping sauces were missing from the kids churros - so I contacted the store and they were extremely apologetic and helpful, sending back fresh churros with sauces and a bottle of cool drink for the kids. For a busy Dominos store, and a review coming from someone who is rather critical of food, the pizza's delivered tonight were quite impressive, and so was the service from the stores staff and drivers! Great job! Oh and if you haven't tried their churros - you must!

Absolutely appalling. Delivery driver showed up. Stayed on her phone for 5 mins. Then drove off. Didn't even deliver my order.

Ordered DESSERTS & 25 minutes in & they haven’t even gone in the oven, tried calling 13 times and no answers at all

This is the second time
It's not been ready for on time pick up.
The store persons says its busy we can't do anything better.

They said if want we can refund the money.

Mmmm. I just ate a really nice gluten free vegetarian pizza. It really hit the spot. I dont eat many pizzas due to being gluten intolerant, but Dominos do a good pizza.

After agreeing a week in advance for a very large order for our local (not for profit) sporting club, the manager reneged on the price, leaving the club out of pocket. The Store Manager is extremely arrogant. And the manager on duty last night was also very rude. Thank you for the thousands of pizzas you have supplied us with in the past couple of years. We will be taking our business and money elsewhere next time.

Management is in dire need to implement procedures for customer service.
Ordered gluten free - delivered not gluten free
Ordered pizzas - waited two hours, told it was then 15 minutes away to find out order had been “delivered to wrong address”.
Refund confirmation process from management does not allow a response to customers which indicates an actual refund has been applied.
