54 Staff need a team leader or manager who can guide their staff in communication, how to respond to customers and answering the phone! I rang up at 5.35 to Oder a pizza. When I arrived at 6.15 I walked into the store, got served and said my pizza was 2 minutes away, the guy walked away. 10 minutes later another staff member asked if I'm ok? Again I asked for my pizza as my name was not on the board. It took the staff another 2 minutes to stand around, talk ect then come back to me to say Well Well my pizza was lost there no order. To tell me there no call record. When my phone log had a record.
Staff were laughing and smirking. One guy yelled across the room" I bet she rang kalamunda" still looking and smiling, get told there no order thats been made. Still searching. Staff didn't answer the phone just got " hello" I understand there younge employees they need a.strong manger to guide them to succeed and give them goals. I understand mistakes happen as at times it can get busy and mistakes can occur it was all how it was handled.
My son has adhd, Autism will only eat pizza from dominoes for a very fussy Eater he loves your pizza. My review has nothing to do with the quality of the food and the pizza are always Amazing and have never had a problem with the food.
Super rude manager! Needs a good lesson in public relations. Was extremely rude when they messed my order up and made out like it was my fault somehow, then very next visit, same manager, charged my partner for a pick up pizza that was paid for online through the app (partner didn't know I'd paid) then when confronted apon return not a care in the world about it and not even an apology! Pretty sure he knew exactly what he was doing as it would of said paid through the app on his screen. If it wasn't for her mentioning how rude he was when she paid he would of got away with the theft! Happy to discuss further if owner of the store would like to reach out. (I have his name but will not post here) As a business owner myself, I find his behaviour disgusting and would be ashamed if he was my store manager. Could not fault the food, or the polite delivery driver on previous order, but will still be first 1 star review I have even given.
Order a pizza, paid for vegan cheese, I don’t think it even came with any cheese aswell as there’s no feta. I never asked for the feta to be removed. The website never gave me an ETA too but the pizza took 45 minutes to arrive down the road
Ordered at 10 thinking they were busy so i gave them 2 whole hours before calling just for them to tell me my order was a scam and they wouldn’t deliver it, no call or test, worst experience i’ve ever witnessed and i worked at a dominos.

Because they showing different in advertisement but they charge more and also quality wise not very well

Very bad service and got sick after having pizza, pasta and wings, do not know what kind of pasta was that, called to complain, said bring the food back and take the refund, it is very easy for them to say bring the food back, people is ordering bcz they are hungry, specially those are ordering after work, charging more and food is not up to standard, another excuse they are giving, we called 15 other customers to find out if the food was ok, your staff is not doing job properly
Do not reply with same answer with apology, take some serious action
Would be handy if they were to call out your name when your order is ready. The waiting area is across the room from the order screen.
Been having pizza here since I was probably 4 or 5 years old and it is still just as amazing
Placed an order online for delivery, received no updates. After an hour I spent 10 minutes trying to call and couldn’t get an answer, once answering I was told they couldn’t complete the order and said they tried to contact us via mobile several times when no calls where received and they tried to blame my phone for not receiving the call? Terrible service, will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.
Dont work here, manager is very rude, was heavily abused and bullied. I wouldnt considering working here. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Manager needs to be replaced. Called me a liar on the phone for a glitch in their system. He was disrespectful, charged me extra and when I didn’t ask for extra. And denies giving me a refund, or exchange of pizza, even when they got my order wrong
Waiting 1 hour for my desert and missing desert got no sympathy poor service would not go back.
Terrible delivery service, pizza was cold, the driver stole our garlic bread and almost stole our Pepsi Max. (Driver even admitted to it)
Phoned them up & all they could offer is a measly credit.

Ordered via uber eats around 10.40pm and called the store when I had received no updates on the app. The shift runner on duty told me that he had cancelled the order because dominos doesn't deliver after 10.30 even though they close at 11. When I've ordered previously from other shops after 10.30 i never had any issues and always received my food.
The guy then told me that the manager doesn't want to pay them past 11pm and everyone has to leave at 11.
I don't understand why dominos says the shop is open until 11 but I can't get a delivery after 10.30
Any large pizza 15 bucks delivered. Literally scrolling across the top of my screen while ordering online. Not accepted at Forrestfield. Been this way for MONTHS. Why bother having it there if you don't bloody honor it?
I have ordered pizza tonight for delivery and over 1 hour20 still haven't received I’m keep calling them and no answer and putting me on Hold
Horrible horrible place - I will never purchase there again - this evening I stopped on my way home to collect 2 pizzas that I had ordered online - both vegetarian for the family members who choose to eat that way. One was a thin and crispy vegorama and the other was a deep pan margherita with pineapple. When I got them home about 25 minutes later, the person who ordered the deep pan opened his to discover it was covered in bacon as well. I immediately called the store and asked for the problem to be corrected - and would it be possible to collect at Kalamunda store, as the FF store is out of the way once we get home. The manager would not rectify the situation, totally refused - claimed that I had ordered it with bacon - why would I when NO one in our house eats bacon! Was extremely rude and persisted in telling me I was lying, that I had ordered bacon.the call went on and on for some time, and in the end I hung up, as I was not getting anywhere.
My husband then drove into Kalamunda store, explained the situation and the manager offered to replace it for FREE - imagine a manager who knows that customer relations is worth more than a $7 pizza! Anyway, my husband declined, as it was not the Kalamunda stores fault. He paid the $7 and bought it home for the family member to enjoy! Will never bother heading home via FF store again!
Ordered x 2 caramel mousses and they forgot to deliver x 1 of them, have tried calling 20 times nearly and the in-store workers answer and then hang up or just keep ignoring the phone.
Do not recommend this store.
Mostly ok but the Kalamunda dominos is better. Only get from forrestfield when it's more convenient.
