Dôme Café - Port Coogee

I dont like as much the quality of coffe, but is very well located, the staff is nice and warm

Terrible! Not allowed to order cold drinks an hour before they close. Completely ridiculous. Staff standing around doing nothing. We’re told we weren’t allowed a table number and had to stand and wait for drinks. Then another staff member gave the next customer a table number! (Even though they only ordered drinks like us) Inconsistent service and standards. Toilets disgusting. Definitely will not be returning.

Worst dome i have gone to by far. I was waiting in line for around 10 minutes and there were two staff just standing there and they looked at me and still didn’t come and take my order. We asked for our table to be cleaned but they didn’t come after a long time so we had to ask them again. We were also told that our drinks will take 10 minutes however we had to wait 25 minutes just for a lemon lime bitters and a smoothie.apparently they were ‘short staffed’ but there were plenty of staff just standing around doing nothing. Very rude workers and we will never be visiting here again

*Serviced sauce in a coffee lid.
*No marshmallows which were advertised.
*Didn’t receive extras (feta) which we were charged. Waited 45minutes for a meal.

Was told there was a long wait time for food which was fine but when the chips arrived. Well the photo says it all. How anyone can think serving reheats as fresh is acceptable.

We called in for early coffee on way to Fremantle. Coffee was nice. Would be lovely spot on sunny day. Was very cool morning and they had ceiling fans on making it cold inside. Looks like facilities have been neglected. The whole place looks like it needs a clean to be honest.

Stunning location - cafe is right next to the water. Usual Dome menu and we received our food and drinks promptly.

Cute spot, cool Aircon, beautiful views and you know you'll get exactly what you've ordered! No nasty surprises here! Reliability at its best!

Absolute Anarchy here this morning, but staff did well. Good flow even with tough restrictions. Great job team

Very busy but the wait wasn't too long. Staff were great ard the tables were cleared quickly. Well done guys!

Iced Coffee needs more Coffee I'll remember to ask for that next time, breakfast is generally pretty good, staff are really nice and view of Marina is a perfect start to the day

Staff and food but dining area filthy. Noticeable food on floor and food/drinks down windows with dirty hand marks everywhere. Been going here often but disappointed today with the hygiene standard especially in these times where cleanliness should be a priority

Staff are friendly, and wait times are good.
Unfortunately portion sizes very disappointing.

The thing I like about Dome, is you get exactly what you expect across all locations. The coffee is always decent, the food is ok and the prices are reasonable. The setting at this particular dome is nice, over looking Port Coogee, which was surprisingly pleasant. My experience of the staff was also pretty good, particularly given how busy it was at the time, and the trainee on the register did a great job of keeping up.

Coming back from the beach on hot day, nothing's better than a cool comfy place to sit down having a yummy burger, fish&chips and strawberry arctic lemonade. The atmosphere and the layout of the space will make you feel at home.

Very polite service from staff members. We stayed for 2 hours enjoying the time. Maybe the timing, I really love bow it has many people yet the place feels quiet.

I really love the sofa chairs next to the windows, it feels luxurious and you know you can also have a relaxing me time.

Loved the location, service and food quality and waiting times were fine, but staff haven't been trained properly. I can see using casuals during school holidays is cost efficient but they are turtle slow and the restaurant is dirty.

We waited 20 mins and left wothout being served. There were 3 people up front doing a one person job and moving very slowly. Not one of them acknowledged any of the customers waiting in line, there were 6 of us. They looked at us and continued talking. The restaurant did not look busy at all so one of them couldve served us. Instead of serving us, they served their own employees and went on ignoring us. Terrible customer service.

Beautiful spot. Unfortunately terrible service and ridiculously long wait times on a non busy day. Waited 30mins for a soft drink and had to ask for a glass which came with no straw. The food was well below average too. Won't be back.

Who trains these poor kids, and who is responsible for rosters of a weekend?

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes for breakfast when it was not at all busy and got five plates of cold food. Sent it back and requested a refund. Great venue but this is a repeat event at this place. Do not recommend.
