Dôme Café - Maylands

Rotten milk or something in my milkshake.
Never again.
Staff were horrible about it.
Made me crook in the guts.
Thats a hard thing to do to a bogan.

The food was good, however the staff seemed miserable. I hope they are getting treated right. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. Could cut the tension with a knife

Nice place for drink and meal. We have been coming past for brunch for a while, the food has been well prepared and quickly made, drinks are always good and the staff are very pleasant to deal with

I’ve always loved Dome. Never had a problem ordering my poached eggs with salmon bacon and hollandaise. Today at Dome there was a problem. The beautiful supervisor saved the day by putting it through but later came up to say she got in trouble and couldn’t put it through next time. I’d have to order the breakfast on menu. I don’t eat bread, hash browns, mushrooms…. How weird!
Not going back to Maylands. Why can’t I order what I want? Why is this request so hard. The staff gave me attitude on the way out. Not EVER GOING BACK. Ps we spent $100

Great cafe in the old historic building just opposite maylands train station. They have a large inside area and also a decent sized outdoor area both undercover and open. Sometimes hard to find a parking spot but is also carpark next door for the pub.

This is a big Dome Cafe! And such a nice building. Not heaps of parking, but the train is literally outside and across the road.
Staff are really friendly, food is great

Disappointing meals. Went there for lunch. Club sandwich was so dry and the toast cold. Pulled pork was okay but came with half portion of chips. The waitress insisted its "normal" portion but did not look menu photo and grudgingly agreed to bring more about 10 mins later. Battered fish and chips was okay. Having said that, all the chips in our meals were underdone and not crispy! Didn't even finish my chips.surprising not even chips are any good. All in all very disappointing indeed!

Different set-up than most done café restrooms are outside. It's really congested when you walk in everything is right in your face.

As most Sunday mornings. It's very busy. Although the wait is not excessive and food is served hot.

Staff are always welcoming and they really appreciate it when you hold open those really heavy doors for them while carrying food.
The doors are heavy!

Its kept warm and cosy during cold winter days.

I am 65yrs on full disability support Got told to leave one of these cafes because I was using there wifi without buying something I did not have enough money that day and asked the manager a question and he just shut the down and told me to leave

Had a Mango drink yesterday. Very disappointed the staff member was told by the Manger to give it to me.l want back to get the same drink but they had run out of something that is why it tastes like nothing but ice cold water was and bit of mango sauce. Please if you run out of anything should you told me that would been so easy and honest. Wasted my time and your staff too. I don't think l be going there again. That is why l am given your store.

Very nice breaky. The kitcken service was great, we said that we wanted to share a dish and they split it. The portions were generous and tasty. We asked for gluten free bread and it was better than most gluten free breads. We also got coffee: a perfect lactose free flat white and also a perfect almond milk mocha (very chocolatey, just how I like it). The salt shakers need to be improved. Excellent breakfast experience, I totally recommend it.

Located in a beautiful building. Staff are great and one of the better Domes around. Very busy and hard to get a seat at times.

I like the place. Has character and helpful staff. Go there regularly with my partner. She also likes going there for breakfast or lunch as well as a coffee. Fish and chips are excellent. Good variety on the menu.

have a coffee when l go too myHairdressers. Wish they where
closer, I find Subiaco also very good
but Nedlands not so good

Staff need to clear the tables after people are done, and the place needed some cleaning in general. But the food was good

It's an attractive venue and reliably open early which suits me for meetings, ESL conversation practice with friends, and a yummy breakfast. The cook cares about his work and the staff are friendly. The coffee is also reliably good.

I thought it's the basic rule to not sweep the floor while there are customers around. You can see all these dust flying around the place and I wonder how much of them ended up in my drink.

Great service, good selection of reasonably tasting and priced food and special that we could use and be served their conference room.
