Dôme Café - Hillarys

Chips were burnt. Salt containers were empty on two tables, had to ask staff to refill. Hard copy proof of vaccination with photocopied drivers licence laminated on certificate was not accepted apparently had to show actual licence. The certificate was prepared by my local Member and has been accepted at all other venues but apparently not good enough for Dome. Very poor experience.

Ordered a toll glass chai late, which is a large one. Came to the table as a regular one. When informed one of the staffs, agreed to replace that with the right one.

After a few minutes I received my chai late in a toll glass, but it was very cold. I could have drunk it in one go. It was like an ice late. We are regulars here. We come to the cafe regularly. But this time not impressed. Very bad coffee. Not only it was very cold but also not enough chai flavour. Will not come back here again. Looks like different management.

Cold pot of tea eggs were cold infact the whole thing was not good it’s time to improve if you want customers to come back

Friendly staff and fast service! The kitchen staff were pumping out orders and the food was hot and fresh. One of the best Dome restaurants.

Had to wait about an hour for our order. Another table that came after us got served before us. I hailed down a waitress and asked her to check where our food was and she did. She brought us our food but it was cold, it must have been sitting there for awhile.

Disappointed with the food which was luke warm to room temp, paid extra for feta on 2 dishes, got a few sprinkles on mine, the other dish came with none, so they did fix that. Always love my Iced Chocolates at dome, was lucky to get a blob of cream on top, then seeing others receiving theirs with a good amount on top

The food was ok. Not too impressed with the breakfast, avo stack bread was not crispy. Loved the mocha and fish tacos.

Absolutely love this place. Dome Hillary's has good sitting areas for those who would like to work on their laptops. Great harbour view

The chicken Cesar salad was bad the chips we're old so won't be getting those again which is really sad because we eat there regularly

Lovely atmosphere for two friends to catch up with a coffee. The meals are a bit pricey for the size but otherwise quite enjoyable.

Food was nice but on the smaller portion size compared to other domes and we ordered the two Vienna white coffees which came out cold, a little dissapointed.

Honestly the waitresses here have no idea how to service the customer at their table.

We need a coffee refuel after a walk and we really enjoyed! Place is really nice, we seated outside but feels very confy also inside. Customer service was good. Thank you so much!

I find Dome quite overrated and expensive as an organisation. Not particularly this store. The calamari wasn’t the best quality or cooked well. I’ll continue to support smaller, local businesses rather than return to Dome in a rush.

We really enjoy going here. The food is always consistently good and the coffee and cakes are good Always helps when you can have beautiful view with your meal too

What a lovely spot. Have a swim and then a coffee or meal. Two outdoor areas to enjoy the sun and water views.

Breakfast was good. Eggs Benedict and full breakfast. Only thing I could say is the full breakfast is small.

Its a dome, food and drinks same as any other dome. Outside seating looking over the marina and inside seating as well. Access is good for wheelchairs and prams. Disabled bathroom easy enough to access except the doors are a little heavy
