Over priced, food revolting. Fish came with fluff cooked into it so was taken back and looks like same piece was just refried. Chips cold and salad warm. Go figure. Will not be returning. Used to be a decent place but last couple of times has been disgusting and dangerous.

30min wait for Breakky, food come so cold, Turkish bread hard as rocks not even toasted and too much dead wet spinach itself as a garnish.please come on.we don't mind for $$ just not worth paying for dead food like that.really need to prove it better

Christmas eve visit and it was surprisingly quiet which was nice. Quickish service, but wonder how long it might have been if they were busy. Toasted muesli and fruit was good although a bit more yoghurt would have been nice, the fruit toast was a good portion size and they had a choice of Jams. Overall good visit for us this time.

Exactly what you expect from a Dome. Good service, above average coffee and average food. But its a safe bet and you know what you're getting.

The worst Dome experience! This is my second visit to this Dome after awful experience in 2019 and nothing changed at all. Same issue as the last time, drinks came out but no food. Went to chase up my food order to be told that there is no food order for my table number. Learned from previous experience at this Cafe to always grab a receipt. Showed them tax invoice and only then they discovered that my meal went to someone else. Definitely won't be coming back even in years time!

Loved the excellent service friendly smiles and a great welcome, excellent food and a great choice on the menu for everyone Fantastic range of coffees, teas, milkshakes all made beautifully, thankyou can always rely upon a delicious meal, drinks, thankyou

Very bad service. Ordered my meal and coffee, received my food 20 minutes after ordering, which I don't mind, waited 1 hour to get me coffee. It rook me 3 different people to speak with to find out how long will my coffee be. The first lady's attitude wasn't very nice, I asked her about my coffee, I was given a black look with the old roll of the eyes and she said i don't know, I asked if she could enquire for me, another roll of the eyes and off she went. 15 minutes later I asked another girl the same question. Guess what.same response. Waited a bit longer I spoke to a third person, she went and found the coffee order, offered me a refund, I said no thanks I would prefer my coffee. I finally got my coffee with no apology, but she told me it was given to someone else. The table needed a good scrub, some tables still had the same dirty dishes on them by the time I left just over 1 hr after ordering. They were not that busy. They have just lost a customer.

Went to Dome at Big W complex, had a fabulous lunch and great coffee. Katanning Dome doesn't compare in any way, it is a poor substitute. Well done Dome Bunbury for smiling helpful staff and great food.

Staff did not listen when placing the order. Staff rudely questioned customer when the order came to the table. Cold coffee and meal. Absolutely disgusting meal.

Worse coffee I've ever had. Coffee order totally missed (staff didn't listen) so when I chased it up, reordered and finally received it, it lacked flavour and body. I took two sips and gave up. Food was ok after a long wait. It wasn't overly busy so not sure what the problem was. I will now avoid.

Table left with drink on it and not wiped down. Steak sandwich tough, tasteless, soggy, old salad. Chips stale. Nope.

Food definitely does not look like the photo! It was ok but not that great! Coffee was luke warm and had to send back but they replaced it which was good!

Had lovely toasted ham, cheese, tomato GF, and cuppa. Lovely staff, didn't have to wait either.

Very busy! Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was very average. Don't think I would eat there again.

Just had a half cooked insect (moth) crawling through my salt and pepper squid salad. Plenty appolagy and a re do of the salad. Very disappointed in the service and staff.

Too expensive. I will NOT be going back. At THOSE prices like EVERY OTHER BUSINESS in Bunbury who try to rob you. No thanks.

Arrived in Bunbury after 4pm and discovered most cafes were closed. Found this gem on the waterfront, great coffee and cakes! Lovely staff, excellent service. A+

Staff are always friendly. Service is great and food mostly replicates their menus. I often visit Dome Marlston Hill when in Bunbury as my preferred location for brunch.

The service was good and not to have wait to be service and exactly I wanted and was very it was very clean

Hire less racist staff, or train them to give proper service (service should not be based on the colour of a customer's skin)
