Dôme Café - Bunbury Waterfront

While I like Dome and this one is in a great waterfront location, I was not at all impressed today when our Iced Coffee and a Thickshake was delivered to our table in plastic take away containers instead of in proper parfait glasses. On politely requesting our drinks be presented in glasses as advertised in the menu, the server went away, came back and said there were no glasses left. I pointed out tables around us with several empty glasses that could have been collected and washed but my dissatisfaction was simply met with a shrug and a blank look. Other than us having a lesser experience than we hoped for, it has also generated unnecessary plastic waste.

Didn't get any bread with my meal even though it was a part of the meal. Eventually I was given missing toast, but it was burned. On the bright side coffee was great. Overall I didn't enjoy my meal.

Staff are quite disrespectful sometimes. A little smile would be nice once in a while:) food is hit and miss depending on what you order. A good Cafe, but definitely room for improvement.

Great coffee and scenic view by the waters edge. When the dolphins come in the bay it just makes your day.

Spring wildflowers and bandicoot visitor warrant coffee reward, quietly you get the monkey off your back

Always love going to the Dome waterfront. Love that my dog is welcome. Love watching the dolphins and the food is yummy and value for money. Service is always spot on.

Had a wonderful breakfast, relaxed atmosphere overlooking the bay, what a way to start the day and weekend

Went here with my family for a Sunday Breakfast.
I ordered the big cooked breakfast and unfortunately it was served reasonably cold.
In the waitresses defence, she was apologetic and gave me a refund and asked if I would like anything else.
I declined and was happy to just drink my Mocha after loosing my appetite.
Can’t really recommend this place, but I could of just been unlucky on the day.

The staff are amazing. There was a young man on board on the day we went. Huge big smile. So agreeable to be greeted and serve so well.

Great location. Asked for a spoon for my milkshake and the staff acted like i was asking for a kidney!

I love the Dome, good place to get a coffee & a bite to eat. Can be a little pricey but depends on what you order. You can sit inside or sit outside & look out over the water or watch the world go by or just day dream. So if you feel like a coffee, head to the Dome.

Great coffee and yummy cake -I can recommend their little berry cheesecakes. Fabulous view over the water and nice shady spots to sit outside.

Love the ambiance so come back for that and the staff are pleasant but on 3 occasions my partners coffee has been forgotten so we now get a receipt of our purchase. It's the only Dome we've had this problem with!

Only one word needs to be said: TERRIFIC! Good food, reasonably priced and attentive friendly staff.

Wasn't happy at all today. I am a very regular customer of dome and today was the first time I have ever not been able to eat, /drink anything we got.

Very average experience. Ordered a chicken ceasar wrap for lunch, when served looked poorly presented. Wasnt wrapped neatly and looked thrown together. Staff seemed tired.

I'm not a huge fan of dome coffee but it was ok. The food is pretty good. The view from this store is lovely.

Lovely service to me, although to the table next to me the girl sounded bored and uninterested.
I ordered a small chai for $4.5 and honestly, tastes like I paid $4.5 for warm sweet milk. If you're going to advertise a chai latte, and you realise all someone is buying is a power and hot milk, it's not as sophisticated as coffee, don't price it same as coffee. That's way to much to feel like you're drinking a babychino. 3 stars. I feel a bit ripped off and it wants even tasty warm sweet milk haha.

Service was okay, food and drinks were extremely sub-par. The location, however, is incredible.

I was there as a group for breakfast - most of our 'poached' eggs were actually hard boiled and one had a sizeable piece of shell in it. Additionally the vegetarian breakfast we ordered came with bacon, however was missing many other items that should have been included. Iced drinks were only half full.
Overall this particular dome was disappointing.
