Dôme Café

Absolutely terrible, waited 45 minutes to be served a cold avocado stack with 1 small piece of bacon for $18, friend ordered toast and fruit jam for it be slopped into a cardboard container spilling over the sides. Terrible café.

Still run like a poor relation. Crockery old and worn. Disappointing for such a dominant position and high status cafe.

Couldn't just get a plain toasted chicken sandwich! Waited quite a while for it to come! Not inpressed!

Coffee is still as good n located conveniently in the middle of the mall. It's surprising crowded for a Monday. Choices of food is less than usual Dome so had only a coffee.

Standard Dome experience (which I enjoy), if you've been to one before you will know what to expect. Can get very busy and hard to get a table. Friendly staff.

Small Dome cafe in middle of Garden City Shopping Centre. Menu is not as extensive as other Dome cafes. Good place to meet friends for coffee and cake or lunch and take a break from shopping.

Right in the middle of shopping centre. Smaller menu than most of the Dome cafes but good meeting place and people watching over coffee and cake. Food good.

WorSt service I have ever experienced in Australia waited 40 mins for a coffee don’t go there I never will again

Have been numerous times but refuse to ever be a patron again after being refused service just before 5pm when they shut at 530. I choose to take my money to one of one of the many other coffee shops in the centre instead

Absolutely not acceptable. Waited 20min for my Cappuccino. I asked one of the staff who finished cleaning adjacent table and all she said was 'oh really' and murmured something which was not audible. She left without saying anything further. I went to the counter and asked and staff told me there is some problem.which i did not understand. She offered me a take away which i refused. There is no offer of returning my money or even a simple apology. Pathetic

$12 for 2 poached eggs and 1 thin slice toast! Waited for 15 mins. Tiny eggs, no butter, pepper shaker empty, eggs were only just warm and toast was tough and cold!
And would you believe The Dome is my favourite coffee shop!
Come on Dome, you can do better than this! What’s going wrong all around Perth? Be careful or you may start to lose the faithful customers

We had lunch here today and we were very disappointed. My daughter had a toasted cheese sandwich - for some reason the cheese was on the outside of the sandwich. My chicken and avo toasted sandwich was inedible. I won’t waste my money at this cafe again.

Food good. Very busy. Took for ages for them to clear up the previous diners plates. Doesn't have full menu.

I stopped coming here for a while but met my friends here today and have to say this place has really improved. Service with a smile and the food was delicious.

When you dine in to reduce your plastic consumption and they serve your item in plastic. Pathetic

Had to give it one star as no option to provide zero. The food was expensive and barely edible. Since when does a ham and cheese toastie have the cheese on the outside because the inside is smothered in aoli? And btw when they say it comes with potato chips they mean crisps!? !

Had the seasonal bruschetta and Cappuccino, both were very nice! They should add the bruschetta to the regular menu so it’s available all year!
