Dôme Café reviews
57Amazing coffee and service by staff… specially Maichel thank you for good service, appreciate it.
Had breakfast with my family on 27th December, foods were disappointing. Daughter has croissant with ham and cheese. The croissant was flatten and slight burnt. I have chai latte. It tasted more watering than milk. Will never return again.
Had a lovely shop everyone was in the Christmas spirit. Nice vibe. Took longer than usual with the time of the year. Merry Christmas all
Good place for catching with friends.foods are good. Lovely service as always.we will be back for sure.
Judging by the comfort of the chairs, once you've purchased your drink they don't want you to linger too long.
Nice and quiet in the late afternoon when I went for a coffee. Service was gd. I like its layout. Best of all social distancing can be observed there even when crowded.
Nice place for a cup of coffee with friends in the middle of a shopping center surrounded by people walking past creating some harmonious environment.
Staff was on 06.10.2021 morning around 0915, you are serving customers. Greeting, smile is must. Coffee is good but you're faces made the day worst. I would mentioned the names but yiu don't have name tags. Rude faces, no smile. IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE WITH A SMILE, FIND ANOTHER JOB
Dome standard coffee and a biscuit. Perhaps it was bad timing, seats were hard to find, too many people just sitting without ordering
On 6th oct I and my husband came to Booragoon Dome around 9.15am. None of the staff members say good morning to any customer. No smile no greetings, it is really bad it is really disappointing customer service.
My cake was warmed up did not ask for this. Cup was still dirty. The tea pot was not full. I normally get 3 -4 cups to a tea pot. This time I got two cups. As always the tables were dirty.
Friendly service, fast, and great location in the middle of mal. It's our family's meeting spot actually
Me and my family had breakfast at the cafe. First impression, awful. The young boy who took our order didnt focus on me, making drinks? While taking order and doest seem to like working there. In the end, we learned that he wasnt able to take our orders correctly (missing my daughters food, and getting my food wrong). By then i wasnt happy, but thankfully this lady with purple hair came to us and really listened to me and fixed the issue. She apologised for what we experienced, which really wasnt her fault. If it werent for that lady we wouldve left the place on a bad note. We would be back.
If someone orders a takeaway coffee with sugar in it. Tell them if you can't be bothered adding the sugar. Or leave the lid off so they have a clue.
Just a thought!
The staff were very friendly and the food and coffee were great. The menu is smaller than if you were at a full size Dome but there is still a good range. It was quite busy when we went there and there's not a lot of space between tables but we didn't have to wait long for our food or coffee.
Dome is an institution. You can guarantee that you'll get a drinkable coffee and edible food. Nothing amazing but good consistent food, drinks and service.
Good service, found the food over cooked.
Pleasant smiles on staff. Will try again just to see if it was a bad day.
Always good coffee, service really good.
Always have a coffee at the Dome when at Garden City
Same level of service and quality you get from other Dome cafes, but with 360° people watching opportunities
I didn’t really know what to order here because potato chips were included as part of the meals and I wasn’t really into eating chips. In the end, I ordered a savoury muffin (spinach+sundries tomato) instead, tasted pretty good. Make sure they warm it up for you. Chai latte was pretty good too!
