Dôme Café - Trinity Arcade reviews
54Welcoming warm staff. Food served relatively quickly and was hot. We had bacon and poached eggs on toast. Eggs slightly over poached but okay. Blueberry lava muffin okay but needed more "lava" ;) Otherwise good for a central quick bite in CBD.
Compatible with other Dome except did not get baked beans with usual vege breakfast. Otherwise ok
Dome sells food that just manages to meet the definition of what food is considered to be. It's.fine, it has.taste and it looks like.something? Sometimes they leave dirty dishes on the tables so that there are no tables free and you have to clear it yourself. But I can't blame the staff for not wanting to do their jobs, the conditions are terrible! My friend lasted one week before she quit, because of a complete lack of any standards, now she works for the Liberal Party of WA who also lack standards but at least they don't make you clean toilets!
Very Good Dome, Clean as, Polite staff, nice Coffee, excellent Rosti dish.
Supervisor said thanks on way out with a smile
Would come here again in a blink
Tall barista in black had excellent customer service and was very friendly, there was one girl name badge read Lucy who was extremely polite and helpful when deciding on ordering.
Been going there for years and it is always the same great service, pleasant staff, food quick and beautifully prepared and I love view over St. George's TCE.
Had an hour to kill in the CBD on Monday, stopped in here for a quick breakfast and coffee. Staff cheerful and friendly, coffee hot and well made. And the breakfast I ordered came out well cooked, in a timely fashion and tasted delicious. Dome can get a bad rep but this one is an exception.
Food was good, service bad. Front of restaurant staff were inattentive. They overlooked an entire main dish, and ignored a reminder. Took a special intervention to get it. Seems there are not trained in table service or customer relations. To order at the counter and pay up front is a cafe mentality. Table service of taking orders and paying when leaving was unknown. The floor staff need complete customer service training and the restaurant process needs an overhaul.
Had an amazing ham and cheese croissant and flat white.
Girls working there were very good looking.
I like the place. Just gets boring for Myself when my mates get drunk.as I gave up drinking 9 years ago.
As the last remaining coffee place in Perth it is great. Perth CBD is sad. No pubs, no restaurants, no people. Just a sad place.
I ordered their herb crusted salmon from the seasonal menu, which I had ordered before, and was extremely disappointed. Not only was the 'crust' soggy, but there was very few vegetables, and of what was there was predominately potato. Barely any of the Mediterranean vegetables mentioned in the menu. The whole dish barely filled half the plate.
Always great service and food here. Very relaxing listening to the church choir next door practicing too.
One of the best Decaf Flat White I have had for ages. Great food menu too. Customer service First Class. Big 10 out of 10.
The person at the register stated that dome doesn't cater for vegans. Then when I ordered something that I could eat she asked if I wanted an egg on it she seemed nice but not that helpful and didn't know what a vegan was.
Food was cold, dry and over priced for proportion size, no amenities for paying customers never go there again
Terrible food. Went to get a vegetarian lasagna, when it came out, it was tiny. It wouldn’t feed a child. The waiter took it back to make it bigger (as it’s was displayed). On the second attempt, when I cut into the lasagna it was cold in the middle. Very very disappointing.
Dome are taking a lot of artistic licence with their menus. Ordered the potato Rosti with poached eggs because it looked decent on the menu. What I got was a terrible disappointment.
Every time I come into the city I visit this dome. It is never to busy and usually is quite quiet. I always find a booth and there us charger ports available I use these for my ipad. The staff are nice and I can hide in the back. Also they are close to regular buses and easy to find. Highly recommend.
