Dôme Café - Trinity Arcade

I ordered their herb crusted salmon from the seasonal menu, which I had ordered before, and was extremely disappointed. Not only was the 'crust' soggy, but there was very few vegetables, and of what was there was predominately potato. Barely any of the Mediterranean vegetables mentioned in the menu. The whole dish barely filled half the plate.

The person at the register stated that dome doesn't cater for vegans. Then when I ordered something that I could eat she asked if I wanted an egg on it she seemed nice but not that helpful and didn't know what a vegan was.

Food was cold, dry and over priced for proportion size, no amenities for paying customers never go there again

Terrible food. Went to get a vegetarian lasagna, when it came out, it was tiny. It wouldn’t feed a child. The waiter took it back to make it bigger (as it’s was displayed). On the second attempt, when I cut into the lasagna it was cold in the middle. Very very disappointing.

Ordered the big vegetarian breakfast, changing egg for avocado. The avocado was brown and old, the mushrooms were slimy and well past their use by date and the hash brown was soggy and undercooked. Nothing about the meal was edible and I wouldn't recommend eating here.

Horrible cafe. Doesnt open unitl 9 30am on Sundays when Dome policy is to open at 6am every day.

Very poor, went for the cooked breakfast some time ago and found hair in the meal. They apologised and offered a free hot drink. Popped in to use the voucher and asked if it could be used towards a cold drink and I pay the difference but was refused. Typical process driven establishment lacking that personal customer experience.

Went here this morning with my daughter for brunch. We both ordered scrambled eggs with bacon, toast and some beans. My daughter ordered mushrooms on the side. Very disappointed, after a long wait the order came out without the bacon and when it finally arrived it was a very measly amount of fatty bacon. In the meantime we ate our cold toast. Won't be eating here again.

Came for Bacon eggs on toast with one having a side of mushrooms and the other beans. Also drinks. The drinks came out first then we waited half an hour for our food, when they came out I asked the waitress that I had ordered them with bacon. She went back to go get some, meanwhile we were left picking at our food because we didn't want to eat it cold. When she came back with the bacon, it looked like one rasher which was pretty poor considering I ordered two bacon and eggs on toast. The eggs were really watery and the beans were luke warm. Not to mention the coffee was half a cup of foam. Wont be coming back for food which is a shame.

Food took 30 minutes to arrive so we had to eat fast to get back to work! Not nice

We had a really noisy group in the next booth could hear each other talk properly we complained at the counter they said someone would speak to them. When the waiter came over he cleared their plates and asked if they were ordering anything else and left! Really angry they don’t care about their customers we won’t be going back!

Worst Dome I have ever been to. Ordered three different things off the menu to be told they either didn't have it, or couldn't make it. Pathetic.

Laziest ceasar chicken salad I've ever had, if you want an average salad and cut the few slices of chicken, lettuces, bacon, bread yourselves, go there & pay for + $18 for a plate half full

Went in for an iced coffee with cream and ice cream. Unfortunately after drinking half of my iced coffee via a straw, I began to scoop the whipped cream I realised the cream was out of date. When I approached the staff about the cream, they responded with “sorry about that” and continued to serve others. I also left feedback on the dome website twice however never heard back from anyone. I have never returned to Dome Trinity Arcade.

Very dissapointing.ordered a eggs benedict, toast price $17.95.one very thin sliver of salmon, 1 slice of toast, covered with lots of greens.coffee at Dome ok, just don’ t order any food, overpriced and substandard serve, poor value for money.

Dreadful sound system has so much bass that the teaspoon vibrates. Coffee was weak. No crema. Dropped off in service in 2018.
In the CBD there's plenty to choose from.

Dome sells food that just manages to meet the definition of what food is considered to be. It's.fine, it has.taste and it looks like.something? Sometimes they leave dirty dishes on the tables so that there are no tables free and you have to clear it yourself. But I can't blame the staff for not wanting to do their jobs, the conditions are terrible! My friend lasted one week before she quit, because of a complete lack of any standards, now she works for the Liberal Party of WA who also lack standards but at least they don't make you clean toilets!

Food was good, service bad. Front of restaurant staff were inattentive. They overlooked an entire main dish, and ignored a reminder. Took a special intervention to get it. Seems there are not trained in table service or customer relations. To order at the counter and pay up front is a cafe mentality. Table service of taking orders and paying when leaving was unknown. The floor staff need complete customer service training and the restaurant process needs an overhaul.

Dome are taking a lot of artistic licence with their menus. Ordered the potato Rosti with poached eggs because it looked decent on the menu. What I got was a terrible disappointment.

Poorly made from 1/2 years ago, since they have changed the menu we can feel they have become greedier.
Dome Corporation should be more attentive to their long term strategy
you can eat much better for the same price on so many places in town!

Pleasant place and good service, but coffee definitely not brilliant. Probably needed to order a double shot
