Dolphin Lodge

The room condition is better than I expected.
Bottled water is not provided, but there is one bottle of milk in the refrigerator.
You can use the washing machine and dryer with a credit card for 5.5 Australian dollars each.
Reception is unmanned after 5pm.
There is good hot water and there is an electric blanket on the bed.
The kitchen is also fully equipped.
It's a shame it's only one night

Stayed here for our annual Christmas get away. Been to this beach a few times, but first time at this hotel. It is a great spot, well maintained, loved by the owner, good sized apartments. We had the 2 bedder which was a good size for 4 of us. Good little laundry, gym, and the vending machine downstairs is a nice touch.

Fantastic stay at the lodge. Everything was up to the mark. Clean rooms, nearby beach, restaurants and cafes nearby, enough parking space. We had a good time.

We could not fault our apartment. Absolutely oozed quality. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Really great location literally just around the corner from some great eateries. Apartments are quite compact, and furniture is limited. Beds are very comfortable. There is a pay for use washer and dryer upstairs.

I think the standard of cleanliness of the kitchen utensils needs to be raised to a satisfactory level.

Stayed for two weeks with work. Great location and clean apartment. Housekeeping is only once a week which was disappointing

2nd times stays in the place. After 4 years nice and friendly front service staff and this place is so clean & feel at home. Highly recommend.

Relaxing, close to Middleton beach, the town and Albany surrounds. Facilities had all we required. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony.

Clean and spacious apartment. The room is quiet and comfortable. The car space is a bit small and can't park at the front of the apartment. Need to carry stuff to the room.

It is a nice place, I will stay again if I can.

Lovely, modern and convenient. Great place to stay. Reception couldn't do enough to be very helpful.

The receptionist was extremely rude and racist (my accent on phone) when I asked for help on my payment over the phone. She hung up on me. Declined my call backs (probably knows my number). Answered my call after repeated attempts to call. Was “put on hold” and hung up after a second. You need to hire better staff. Wouldn’t recommend booking here!

Just got home from another wonderful stay at the Dolphin Lodge with my mum our 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely beautiful and clean had everything you needed and was very comfortable. We always stay at the Dolphin Lodge when we are in Albany on holiday David the owner is so welcoming and friendly thank you so much for another wonderful stay.

Definitely stay here again, lovely location and we walked into town and back from here.
Close to beach and little resturants and bar around the corner.
Very peaceful and relaxing, hope we can get apartment 3 again.

We had a one bedroom apartment that was possibly one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It had everything you could need for your stay.
Great location, only a 3 minute walk to the beach & very close to bars & restaurants.
We would recommend Dolphin Lodge to anyone & look forward to returning in the summer

Booked with David over the phone very professional and friendly. The room that we booked was amazing everything that we wanted or needed was supplied. Would highly recommend Dolphin Logde to anyone who wants accommodation in Albany. 5 stars and will not staying anywhere else in Albany but with David. Well done David and staff for such excellent service and excellent accommodation.

Arrived late so no one at office. Checked in via phone and told where to find room and key. That OK. Only problem is I requested ground floor because of serious back complaint but was given upstairs room only accessible by stairs. Carrying heavy bag up stairs in did by back in and spent 4 of my 7 day holiday in hospital. Explained to staff but no response. Not a good holiday.

Lovely stay, apartment has everything you need. Clean and comfy. Wish we could stay longer. Fantastic customer service from Teneka giving us a great start to our stay. Will definitely recommend
