Lovely staff, easy after hours check-in. Very clean! Love that the playground is fenced, very child friendly place. The fuel station is conveniently close too

Quick mid week stay due to work commitments. Clean cabin, loved the separate bedroom to lounge room.

Had a weekend away with my grandchildren. All children have 'issues' so going to new places unsettles one in particular.
We had the executive villa and it was 10m from the pool and about 30m from the park.
The weekend weather was terrific so therefore we spent a lot of time by the pool. The water was freezing but that didn't deter the children who made immediate friends.
Upon entry to the park, I noticed how well established and clean and tidy it was.
The villa was spotless and absolutely perfect for us.
After our weekend was finished, returning the key to Reception was greeted by terrific staff, not over the top, down to earth which suits me.
As we were leaving the children asked if we could go back maybe Christmas holidays.

We have stayed here quite a few times in cabins and now a caravan. A lot of work has been done in upgrading the park which makes our stay more enjoyable. You cannot walk past a staff member without being greeted with a smile and a hello with total sincerity.
Word must have got out that we were staying at the Park as part of my wife Susan’s birthday as a little gift bag and a bottle of wine was given to her. You don’t get much better than that.
Keep up the great work and keep smiling.
Be back soon.
Cheers
Paul

Very uncomfortable, the whole cabin smelled like an aeroplane toilet except the toilet which smelled worse. The light cover in the toilet fell on my head! There was bits of food in the garden out the front. But really, the smell was what got me, so bad.

Currently travelling around Australia and this has been my least favourite caravan park so far. Nothing seperates the park from the busy road except a farm fence so all noise and fumes goes into your tent. Everyone is crammed in so people had to walk through my site to get to facilities. The bathrooms had a permanent white soap scum present and i never saw them get cleaned. The water pressure was good though and the free wifi was well functioning.

Can only go by experience. Tent site was next to the road, got a bit quieter at night but get woken up as early morning from passing cars.
Amenities clean, price meets expectation.
Would be nice if you put a screening or fence up on the boundary to perhaps reduce the noise a little.

The cabin was brilliant and staff super friendly and a great location close to food, shopping and all the wineries and craft beer pubs

We booked into the caravan park as our son, wife, their daughter plus another couple were booked in to a chalet as they were attending a wedding on the Saturday.

It was the first time that we had been out in the van in the rain and our site was all lawn and because it was raining we hadn't put a ground sheet down so by end of our stay it was a bit muddy but that's life

Facilities were very good. Clean and tidy at all hours but I guess so many ppl now have their own facilities in their vans which in turn cuts down use of shared facilities. Even so regardless of what time I used them they were always spotless.

Aside from toilet/shower block there are washing machines and a campers kitchen and there are also some ensuite caravan spots, some of which were undergoing an upgrade.

One main issue was that their were no disabled facilities ️ Just a few additions like handles in toilets, an easier set up with unlocking the doors would have made things a little easier for me. Trying to use the key to unlock the door while using my crutch, my permanent addition, was hard while carrying towels, shower bags ect.

With the chalets there is a permanent section like a life style village then areas available for overnight, weekend or holidays. The one that our family stayed in was beautiful. Three bedrooms all with double beds and 10the third also had a single bunk in it as well. Main room had an ensuite and all 3 rooms had their own air con as well. A nice open plan kitchen/dining/lounge completed the set up also with an air/con. I don't know exactly how much it was per night but comment was made that with 2 couples sharing it was cheaper then a room in a 3/4 star hotel. Bbq facilities were about 7 metres from the front door.

Close by was a restaurant The Fig Tree where we had lunch one door, brewery and a cider bar, I am sure it has a different name. Not too far away was Pasta in the Valley where we had an evening meal. They are open from breakfast through to dinner and also show how to make pasta with hanging the pasta to dry then you can buy the pasta have it cooked for a meal

Also close by is the Margaret River chocolate Factory though Mother's Day morning was most probably not the best time to go visiting

So a wonderful place to stay, reasonable rates for both caravan and chalet accommodation in my opinion.
Food options, close by or cook your own plus activities close for children as well

Lovely pet friendly, clean, comfortable accommodation, excellent service! We originally tried to book last-minute at a sister Discovery Park, who were full. They went to the trouble of phoning around on Boxing Day to find us weary travellers a pet friendly, comfortable chalet. I cannot rate the service at Discovery Parks highly enough - 100 stars!

We were camping basic with tent/swags etc. The camping areas were shaded and nice grass but a long way from the toilets. Road nearby was noisy otherwise good clean facilities.

Great unit. Well appointed and spotlessly clean. More than that, the team at both the Swan Valley and Perth airport Discovery Parks went out of their way to arrange a pet friendly room for us at very short notice. Kudos!

With all the Covid cleaning and safety rules and tips one would have thought the place would have been clean. There were socks and packet cigarettes under the couch. We wouldn't have mind if it was a bit dirt but this was something you dont miss if you clean. Bathroom door was broken so the wind could blow it open and close. It said full kitchen but no oven and pots were dirty.

Nice stay, clean cabins but lack of basic amenities (dishwashing soap, body wash, bin liners etc.) Close to Maison St Honoré which is a plus for the park! Swan Valley at your finger tips. Good overall stay.

We love it here. We got married down the road
From this park a few years ago and spent a few nights here after. Also been back for anniversarys. Great dog friendly cabin, sparkling clean, comfortable and good location. Went back last week and the wonderful staff were so helpful and kind. Thankyou so much Kelly and Dean. We will be back

Overall it is a good place to stay, tidy and clean. The only one thing we are not happy with is the WiFi not working either theirs or our own one, it only works when we sit outside in the balcony. We couldn't watch a movie on our device as planned.

No doubt the chalets are better but the tent pitches are small and close together. Although we were probably unfortunate in screaming children and barking dogs persisting at various intervals through the night, there's no getting away from the overall overbearing road noise and aircraft noise that will keep you from sleeping at all. A small wire fence sees you effectively sleeping kerbside.not screening or attempt to reduce noise from the major highway. Not what I expected. Neglected a little to say is how I felt the tent pitch areas felt. Wouldn't recommend if you like actual sleep.
