Would give less stars if possible. Manager was rude, unhelpful and avoided phone calls when he knew they had stuffed up our dishwasher. Avoid at all costs. Waste of money and time.

Dodgy. Avoid. Customer service appalling. More interested in selling you an overpriced new machine than fixing your old one.

Bad customer service. Rude management. Was hung up on and calls weren't returned. Quotes took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to get. Dishwasher came back with new problems it didn't original have. Would not recommend.

I took my 3 years old Kenwood KMM770 premier major stand mixer to DCS two months ago as it suddenly became very noisy and stopped working. I paid $55 for checking/quotation fee. The lady staff told me it would take 1 to 2 weeks for the quotation. I emailed them 11 days later regarding quotation outcome but no reply. Then I called DCS, the staff told me that it had not been checked yet and she will call me after checking the next day. She didn't call me and I called DCS again one week later. It costs $250 minus $55 to replace the control module. I didn't want to repair and took it back as I only paid $430 including attachments when I bought it from Good Guys.

During Christmas sales, I bought a Kenwood Chef XL Titanium stand mixer with stainless steel mixing tools and 10 years motor warranty. I thought my old Kenwood has motor failure which is under 5 years motor warranty.

First called Segafredo as they were closer to me (about 10 mins away) and they said they didn't sell parts to the public and basically turned me away unless I gave them the machine to service which I didn't want to as I repair things daily and the job was easy to do myself.so I called and spoke with Nino about a part for a saeco exprelia grinder knob that had been broken off in my machine and Nino said come down and he can sort me out about 1 hr away) so I went in the morning he found the part and I'm back in action thanks Nino.your a lifesaver cheers mate ciao 5 stars for someone who actually wants to help a customer out
