My husband had an excellent experience with DCS - Nino sold him a beautiful coffee machine and shipped it to Tassie. Communication was friendly and honest. A big thanks from him to Nino and DCS.

Excellent service, immediately had ordered Eureka Specialita grinder available and provided complimentary beans and descaler/cleaning items. Great price on refurbished Breville machine as well.

This may only be relevant to Breville arranty repairs- that's what mine was.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Maybe they have a bad deal with Breville as they treat Barista Pro warranty repairs like an optional task. Messages are not passed on. Calls are not returned. They don't listen to the customer. They lie and make excuses. After handing it in, 7 days later im calling them and they haven't even looked at it andcwerent sure where it was. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else.
I can't be bothered listing all the stuff ups they did in my transaction but they literally take no responsibility for anything, refuse to apologise or even acknowledge repeated failures on their behalf. Zero stars if I could.

Excellent online service! I needed a solenoid for my Breville Oracle coffee machine. I rang them, their prices were competitive and they shipped the part to me within minutes of the phone call. I installed the part and it works perfectly.

This place is about as usefull as a fly screen on a submarine. Taken my coffee machine in to get fixed. They changed parts on it that were working perfectly fine and charged me for it? Then the actual problem of the milk frother still doesnt work. Will be calling consumer protection because these idiots dont deserve to be in business. Because judging by the latest reviews this happens time and time again.

I have purchased a Eureka Mignon Specialita from Direct Coffee Supplies. Fantastic machine, best ever price in Australia. Communication is really smooth, Nino the boss would answer all of your questions when he can. I would recommend to my friends.

Shocking! I had a problem de-scaling my DeLonghi machine; I took it all the way the Bibra Lake and Nino was good enough to fix it while I waited, charging me $150.00. The first time that I switched it on at home there was a really loud bang from the infuser; I called Nino who suggested an adjustment to the mill, which I tried but got the same result. Fearing that something was going to break if I persisted with it, I called Nino who reluctantly agreed to take another look but said that it was nothing to do with the work that he had carried out. I got the impression that he was going to try and charge me again but decided to take it down to him anyway. It being lockdown time, I asked what time he would be closing and he said 5.00pm. I got there at 3.00pm to find the place shut; I called Nino who didn't answer his mobile so I sent him a text - no reply. I have since taken the machine to another repairer who fixed it and told me that it had been wrongly re-assembled.
There are good some reviews on here, so I guess that you just take your chance - you might get lucky!

I purchased an Ulka Model E Ex5 replacement coffee pump for my broken down Gaggia Classic but wasn't careful to order the correct voltage. I was kicking myself, (wasted time and money, not to mention no coffee for at least a week!). I emailed Direct Coffee Supplies to ask if I could exchange it and they replied almost immediately inviting me to call and talk to their technician, Nino. So I called and in about 30 seconds Nino told me all I had to do was to swap my old coil with the coil on the new pump. 20 minutes later coffee is back on the menu! Thank you Direct Coffee Supplies!

Direct Coffee Supplies really helped me out when my Sunbean EM6910 espresso machine needed a new water pump. They promptly send a replacement pump. When I received the water pump I transferred the pressure regulating valve over to the new pump but it broke due to the plastic being too old.

Direct Coffee Supplies to the recue again! I contacted Direct Coffee Supplies to let them know what happened and they sent out a replacement pressure regulating valve straight away via Express Post. I added the pressure regulating valve to the water pump and reassembled the espresso machine. Good as new! Its so nice to have a good cup of coffee in the morning again.
Thank you Direct Coffee Supplies. You are awesome!

30/10/2020: My original water pump ULKA EP5 was manufactured in 2008. The replacement pump was manufactured this year (2020). These pumps have evolved over the past 12 years. My espresso machine has never ran so quiet.bonus!

These guys don’t deserve one star. As per many many other reviews
• payed fee and left machine for service
• waited a week to hear back
• ten days later I rang to get update - no news.
• I went in to store and retrieved machine. They had not even looked at it in two weeks.

I can understand if they were busy but at no time did they communicate that they were unable to provide a timely response. On two other occasions I have had poor service from these guys but continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. One machine that I took to them only needed a hose replaced but they were unable to diagnose. I only found this out when I sold it for parts on gumtree. Never again.

I will never use this company again, they have terrible customer service. It took 3 weeks to look at our coffee machine and when I declined the repairs and asked for the machine to be returned, it took another 2 weeks. After multiple phone calls (including the manager Nino hanging up on me) it was finally returned, but it was in pieces as they refused to put it back together as we were not going to use them for the repair. Do not use this company.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.worst customer service ever, aswell as taking 2 weeks extra to just look at the machine. I called around 5 times over the last two weeks trying to find out what was happening with my machine to only be lied to about (apparently) my machine being serviced at the time and that's why it wasn't ready and they couldn't give me an estimated time.

I paid the money to have my machine serviced and repaired, to only get a phone call asking for $350 to replace a pump that costs $50, when I said I didn't want to go ahead with the repair I was hung up on.

I Then went to pick up my machine To find out that it hadn't even been serviced, and it was in parts.

DO NOT GO HERE, READ THE REVIEWS, it's not just me.

Worst experience ever they had my machine in for repairs for 6 months when they finally fixed it I had to go pick it up and they charge more than the quoted price bring it home and it was still broken had to take it to another company to get it fixed don’t not use the worst customer services ever by any company

When I walked into the shop the staff were very nice. I had a look at the coffee machines and there were all in good shape. Once I got my coffee machine I got a free bag of coffee. Yay!

Direct Coffee has been a great help in fixing my coffee machine as well as supplying a great strong fresh roasted coffee bean for the machine with an excellent chocolate drink as well, a highly recommended supplier for any office, workplace or household that desires good coffee service and support for any new or old machines.
