Dimattina Coffee reviews
53Hands down the best coffee in Perth. I was also super pleasantly surprised to find a large variety of vegan & dairy free options in the cabinet. My partner and I shared the absolutely delicious Biscoff donut (made by Grass Fed Donuts) this morning and were told that the cafe gets these in drops most Fridays/Saturdays (but call ahead to confirm because there are some weeks that they don't have them or that they sell out like ~that~ because they're so popular). This donut rivals Krispy Kreme (actually it decimates them) and the fact that it's totally vegan makes me so happy! We got an oat milk flat white and a piccolo and both tasted DIVINE. Even though we live over half an hour away we are more than happy to make the drive here just to get coffee like this. When we were leaving we overheard two dine in customers praising one of the wait staff for their phenomenal dine in service and meals as well - so I'd say those must be pretty good too! Anyways, thanks for reading my essay. I just wanted to let the people know that this place is the bee's knees.
Fantastic. This cafe is worth driving for. My daughter and I shared an avocado on toast and as we were sharing they divided it into two individual plates without asking. Flavoursome and the best I have ever tried. This definitely didn’t need salt or pepper to add extra taste. To compliment the incredible food were wonderful staff. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My husband tried the savoury muffin and said it was divine. Every week we go to a different cafe to try in Perth. We don’t care about the distance. This was one of our favourites.
Love going for a coffee when I'm in the area always top notch, however, had a negative online order quality experience. I ordered 4 single origin beans as filter roasts and they were all too dark (couldn't get anything more than roast flavours) more resembling an espresso roast (shouldn't be happening from a speciality roaster). Customer service would only offer a voucher to less than the value of the coffees not a refund. I cannot trust ordering filter beans from Dimattina unfortunately.
Edit: Dimattina followed up very well by providing me with some roaster selected beans free of charges.
Dimattina now stock the epic Grassfed vegan donuts on the first Friday of every month.
I tried both the chocolate honeycomb and the key lime cheesecake donuts and they were both incredible! I HIGHLY recommend the custard filled ones as their custard is simply amazing
Dimattina are coffee specialists so you are always guaranteed to get an excellent coffee here! They also have a number of vegan options on the menu including smashed avo, tofu noodle salad and the ‘Super D’ nourish bowl.
Absolutely love this place. Chef Didier is a master of his art. Food as always was delicious and creative today. Perfectly cooked eggs and the super D bowl was outstanding. Thank you so much for providing great service.
First time here today. Tried their Avo Smash, added grilled haloumi and poached eggs and couldn't fault it. Serving portion is pretty big, this particular dish was out of this world. Compliments to the chef!
Staff was so friendly and very professional. They check on you every now and again, make you at ease.
Cafe itself is very clean, great atmosphere.
Thanks team, Will definitely be back!
I love this coffee shop so much! The coffee is always fantastic and the flutes and sweets are just divine!
Plenty of parking with complex and street. Have to say loved the atmosphere of the place, they roughly divided the place in 3 area. When we were there the area at the entrance seem to be eatery, and the other area more coffee. I absolutely love that ideas, plus you are surrounded by various coffee machines.
The staff are very good as well, they don’t hassle you to order, it was a great relax environment. The coffee we ordered was very good. Highly recommended.
Best coffee in this suburb and surrounding suburbs by far! I wish they were open on sundays though. Waits are a bit longer than other cafes but at the end of the day you’re getting quality not quantity!
The food and coffee was delicious! Definitely would come back. The atmosphere was great but the service was touch and go. There seemed to be a lot of usual customers which is great! Only issue we found is that they were somewhat served before us even though we arrived earlier. Awesome spot though
My partner and I bought a coffee machine and went to the coffee school here. The staff are so great, very helpful and super friendly. Total vibe going on there
Friendly and professional customer service.
Coffee and food were great.
I was so delighted having a cup of coffee with a friend although it's pouring.

I really wanted to like this place but after forgetting my coffee order and apologising coffee came out too hot which ruins milk texture as semi burnt. Shame as place and service were very good. Hopefully better next time.
Had one of the best coffees of my life here and absolutely fantastic customer service and coffee knowledge, kudos to the Barista (Matt, I think).
Surprisingly good coffee. Aroma is amazing and relaxing ambience. Very cosy. Good Cafe type menu and breakfast options. Not so easy to find if you don't know Osborne Park though. Nothing to suggest that you have a great little coffee shop around all the industrial buildings.
First time I went here coffee was very nice, but today I ordered a long mac topped up and my coffee was weak and milky, not enjoyable. A bit disappointing considering Dimattina's reputation.
Food and service we couldn't fault. But we were disappointed in the coffee as it was quite bitter.
This place is definitely popular with its customers.
Had the Chai Latte, and it was sweet but authentic. I had Chai latte before, but not as good as this! Also had the cappuccino, was a bit bitter and creamy in a really good way (as I didn't like bitter things).
The waffles are aesthetically pleasing as well as the Eggs on Toast. Super yum! The atmosphere in this place is relaxing and super cool as there is a massive tall tree: LOL
Definitely will come again, is the opportunity arises.
