Hidden gem, totally unassuming in the middle of semi industrial Ozzie park. Sumptuous brunch both for the mouth and eyes, coffee bang on. Try the cold brew, it's the best I've had.

Will definitely be bringing our overseas guests here. Ps the plating is super cute, can you see the heart and smiley face? Chef has a cute sense of humour

Seriously amazing coffee, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Shout out to Ricardo who gave me a quick tour of the site and explained about the different types of coffee they roast on site and the different coffee brewing equipment they sell. Will be going back there for my coffee making supplies.

The first couple of visits were good with above average food, coffee and service, and minimal complaints. Most recent visit seated me and my partner at an uncleaned table without menus and did not ask for our order. After getting set up ourselves, we asked the waitress if we could order food and was met with reluctance, so we got up and left. Hit or miss so far, not sure if we will come back.

Been here twice so far and tried different food from the menu they all scrumptious. Great service and atmosphere too. Such a gem in the area. Will be back!

Never disappoints with the food and the coffee. Steak for lunch is not too much, and flavour combinations are awesome on the one plate. I’m a black coffee person so batch brews are definitely the way to go!

I rocked in 5 mins before closing and the staff still served me with a smile, some conversation and bloody good coffee and food.
What's more the lovely barista Ricardo did not even roll his eyes at my "difficult" order.
Thank you to the kiwi lady who also joined in our schoolgirl Italian conversation, what a hoot!

Fantastic spot for a great authentic roasted coffee with an in house coffee blend manufactured right in front of you.
Lots of room to sit inside, great spot for taking your laptop and do some work as well.

Quaint little gem hidden away in a small corner of Osborne Park. From the outside, it looks like a normal commercial building. When you walk in, it's a relaxing atmosphere, spacious between tables and high ceilings with the option of ordering at the counter to takeaway or if dining in, they provide table service. Super fast and friendly service, you order then literally blink and the foods already out. Coffees good, foods good, service was good. It was overall a very enjoyable experience.

The food we had here was pretty special in comparison to most cafes in perth.
The menu consists of a few common dishes, which have a great unique selfmade taste. The omelette was really tasty!
Will definitely come back again!

Called in today for descaler and spoke to a lovely lady named Alice. Super helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up buying some coffee beans to try and Alice had a coffee made for me.

Just ordered a ham cheese croissant and a coffee take away. The lady making the coffee was awesome and so was the coffee! As for the ham and cheese croissant I had to take it back twice as it wasn't heated up probably both times (cheese cold), then got attitude from the kitchen girl, I know it's pretty hard pushing buttons on a merrychef so maybe some more training is required!
Coffee lady was super helpful. The other ruined my morning with her bad attitude!

There’s no coffee better than Dimattina! They make me the best 90’s cap everyday and the food is always spot on. I’ve made my way through the whole menu, can’t fault it! Plus the team are absolute legends.

Today, I had an incident with my car. There was a guy open his car's door and bang my car. My car got a small scratch.
And there was a female staff and a male staff come to me to tell me about this issue. They gave me all details about the guy who bang on my car with the witness contact details and the photo of evidence.
Thank you so much to those 2 staffs.you guys are legends.

My friend and I really enjoyed our morning tea. The coffee, tea and scones were lovely.

We did wish they had held the scones until our drinks arrived, but they still tasted great.
