Appointment cost me $250 for a bunch of free samples of products I have already used and 4 repeats of an ointment I have already tried that didn’t work and got from a GP for free… what was the point of this appointment? ! Don’t waist your time - a GP will do the same thing and cost you nothing.

The Dr was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to meet our needs. Really appreciate the high level of expertise and care!

ZERO STAR
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the receptionist I spoke to on the phone today. Completely incompetent, unprofessional, inexperienced and in no way mentally equipped with the pressures of her role.
Obviously has some background issues that she Needs to deal with.

Professionalism, Honey!

People who attent your place of employment, don't need your personal rubbish on top of their own.

If there was a zero star i’d put negative Like i’ve seen many other reviews concerning, the receptionists attitude was terrible, whilst trying to sort out a situation where they charged double than previously agreed on, the lady started acting crazy, throwing a tantrum. I don’t ever write bad reviews but i never seen smth like this before.

I saw Dr Kazmi for my psoriasis today and was super impressed.

Dr Kazmi was thorough, took his time, asked questions, actually listened to the answers, and explained everything clearly. He even wrote half a page of step by step notes for me.

It is such a relief to find a dedicated, attentive, and professional dermatologist.

My 16 year old son needed surgery to remove a suspicious mole and Dr Chris Heyes and the nursing staff did a fantastic job at making my son feel at ease.
I would highly recommend this clinic. We didn’t ever wait longer than 10 minutes for our appointments and the staff at the front desk were helpful and kind.
Thank you Dr Heyes:)

Dr Hock Chua shows no kindness, sympathy or empathy in caring for his patient. He is like a ‘butcher’ doing biopsy, leaves you in agony and scars. The consults are ‘chop chop’ fast as factory works and money making “mafia” types. He is the most uncaring, unsympathetic Doctor I have come across As a Dr, he never gives advice, explanation or instruction whatsoever. He is a man of no words but charges money for “NO” satisfactory service rendered. If you are worried and concerned about your problem, PLEASE, DO NOT, get seen by him. You will be frustrated, more stressed and lose sleep and much poorer and still have your health issues not remedied! Don't deserve any 'star' MINUS STAR ZERO STAR

I would not recommend seeing Dr Chris Heyes at this practice. I saw him on the referral of my gp who had identified a suspicious mole on my back. During my initial ~8min appointment with Dr Heyes, he told me that he “looks at moles all day and this is a melanoma” and that it needed to come out that afternoon. That first 8 min appointment (in which he only looked at that mole and one other) cost $200. When I returned to have it removed, I waited over half an hour then he surgically removed it, while doing so saying it was lucky he was taking it out that day, or “bad things would have happened”. A week later he called to say it was not melanoma, nor cancerous at all. And, for that, I was just sent an invoice for almost $500. I also found Dr Heyes to be quite patronising and generally unfriendly during our interactions.
*Editing this post just to add- I had asked the receptionist for a quote for how much the mole removal would be, and she said she was unable to give me even a ballpark cost, but based on the pre-surgery information form provided to me by the clinic, I was expecting it to cost around $250, pending the results of the biopsy.

Dr. Hock Chua was very professional. I had unexpected skin rash for 4 weeks. Gp could not identify my skin issue. But When Dr. Chua checked on my skin, he straight away recognized what is the cause of my skin rash. I believed he had lots of experiences. He recommended body wash, face wash and gave me some samples I can try. He also printed out information of skin condition for me so I can easily understand what things I need to avoid for my skin. I am very satisfied with his service! I highly recommend!

As expected, another medical mafia.
20 mins visit costs $240 without any treatment plan.
I walked out with blood test sheet (which I usually get from my doctor) and a promise I would get called from another clinic.
Rude receptionists and I still haven’t received a call from who ever this person Is suppose to be.
Very vague experience with zero thought of returning.
Very busy centre with lots and lots of money being turned over.
I hope their intentions are pure.

Definitely couldn’t recommend

The dermatologist I have been seeing has been very understanding and helpful in regards to my Acne and getting it clear again. However I found some of the woman that work at reception quite rude and impatient whenever it came to organising appointments or prescriptions over the phone.

Dr Hock Ching Chua was lovely and understanding. He is a busy man, but he still took time to prescribe me just what I needed!

I saw Dr Genevieve Sadler yesterday for the first time. I found her to be very understanding and genuinely caring. She spent as much time as was needed to address my issues and to try and work out a way of dealing with my problem (allergy to all adhesives developed recently) that would hopefully provide an interim solution allowing me to have a surgery I need but have been unable to get due to inability to get a surgical dressing, as well as trying to make the process as least distressing for me as possible. Reception staff all seemed lovely. Hopefully my future visits are as good as this first one was.

I have had difficulty explaining my skin condition (topical steroid withdrawal) to doctors for a long time and was nervous about going to a dermatologist. Dr Janet Kim listened to me express my concerns about previous treatments and explained other options I could try. Although I refused the recommended treatment (more steroids), Dr Kim respected my decision while giving her professional opinion. She also took the time to explain the possible side effects and risks of other treatments, and I really appreciated that she gave me informed choice, rather than just prescribing what she thought without any other options or regard for my concerns. Although my condition is tricky and I am cautious about drugs, I felt respected.

I wasted 3 hours of my life attending this clinic. After an hour drive to get there I had to wait an hour for my appointment. When I queried the wait time I was told I had been overlooked. The receptionist offered no apology and I could not wait any longer so I handed my appointment to the next client. I will not go back there.

I would not recommend Clare Tait to anyone. Does not have the time of day for you, does not listen and does not care. Very rude and arrogant. Go to a different dermatologist.

Clare Tait is absolutely brilliant - no hesitation in recommending her. Dr Chua is to be avoided at all costs. Terrible communication skills, lack of interest in the patient and ineffective recommendations. When I complained to the receptionist she wasn't at all surprised.

I’ve been seeing Dr Chua for over 1.5 years. From start to finish I would like to say thank you. He identified the issue with my skin quite easily on my neck and it’s been a long process but it has all healed. Thanks again and to the nurses and admin who work there as it definitely gets quite busy they do a great job!

Dr Chris Hayes is great. Smart plus friendly and personable. Front admin staff are always friendly and helpful too. Never had any issues, always a good experience.

Dr Hock Chua performed a skin biopsy for my husband who was told to come back a week later to collect the result. We anxiously waited for the result. By the time he arrived to collect his result a week later, he was greeted by a confused Dr Hock Chua who thought my husband was there to have his biopsy done. After 15 minutes of searching and locating the sample taken a week ago, he came back to give some lame excuses that really concerned my husband. He informed my husband that they would call him when result returned. Not only did my husband collect no result on the day, he also was charged for this distressing event.
I want to know what has he done to the sample. How long has the sample been sitting in the lab or storage area? This case is a real stuff up. How can a doctor be so incompetent?
