Deep Water Point Reserve reviews
48Loads of free parking and grassed shady areas on the waters edge which is perfect for boating, picnicking or just lazing by the river
Great coffee & cakes nice place to relax surrounding the water and for boat enthusiasts special for trailers & also play area for kids great family vibes
There is not much here other than a jetty, a small playground with some green space, a bbq and a coffee shop (Dome) - it's more of a pit stop really than a destination. Biking/walking trail along the river is lovely and there is not much around here between Leach Highway and Canning Highway. With all the moored boats around here though I would not swim or wade in the water here - especially with kids.
The last of the reliable Southern parts of the river before it gets really unswimmable. Great place to kayak, boat and jet ski. Parking can be a challenge. There's a Dome there for people who are prepared to have their coffee senses abused
Fantastic place for relaxing and having a BBQ, one of the best shaded areas for families with kids as there is plenty of kids play areas and beach places for the kids to swim, parking is terrible with the new the new Dome not creating their own parking area and their patrons using up the carpark. Council needs to create Dome own parking areas. Don’t know how this was approved without parking for the Dome.
Shire need to maintain a little better. More bins, more BBQ facilities. Better parking limited ACROD parking. But good grassed area at top.
Set down parking could be better for people using walkers and wheelchairs. It's not connected to the main path to the cafe.
It is a place to unwind and relax many large residential houses and there is a children's playground and a dome coffee shop.
