Parking with a trailer can be very difficult, but prices ate good, clean store very friendly service.

Quick and friendly and helpful service from the checkout staff. Competitive prices on the products. Easy parking too!

Pathetic & rude service today from the woman at the till who had purple hair. Liquorland instead now.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Placed an online pick up order, received the following text; Won't be long! A team member has been assigned and is bringing out your order. 15min wait in the car & still no sign, ended up going into the store only to be told it had already been collected (clearly I hadn't) finally the staff member said ill go & check out back, to my surprise she came from out back with my order & the warm option of cider which I had no idea was an option. I will ensure to pick the cold option next time thanks Dan Murphy's Southern River. GOLD! Useless get it together.

Large selections of alcohol, very kind customer service, i dropped my bottle when just walked out of the door and manager attended and get me a new bottle! Awesome service!

Large Dan Murphy's, good selection of drinks and beer. Found a slab of PBR in the cold room which surprised me:)

Just want to give a massive Shout out to the Staff at Dan's Southern River!
I've been a customer there for many many years, and have seen some unhappy customers before, but what I just witnessed this afternoon was something else!

Seriously you all conducted yourselfs with the utmost professionalism and restraint, constantly trying to not further escalate a very irrate couple!
The people were yelling over the top of you constantly, while you repeatedly tried to explain the situation to them, which they refused to comprehend/or accept.
No they screamed that you were discriminating against them. This wasn't the case at all.
They refused to accept the laws being stated to them. Then you demanded that the police be called but when the store obliged your request, you hastily walked out!
The levels of self entitlement displayed was truely appalling!
As I stated, you delt with a severely unpleasant situation with utmost pose and class!
Thank you, and maybe express what everyone in the store was feeling for you at the time which was deepest embarrassment and deepest sympathies that you were forced to deal with this situation.

Love coming to this well organised and friendly store! Staff are always incredible, store is always clean and organised, always a pleasure!

Great range, have sample tasting of different wines etc, from time to time. A pleasant place to shop for all your liquor needs.

Friendly staff most of time though some security guard reject to accept e-passport as age proof. What can U do when WA even hasn't allowed E-Liscense. And.they seems don't stock Bai Jiu. Online order n pick only.

Really disappointed with the service, bought $328 of wine tonight, while the girl that served me was polite enough I was left to pack 18 bottles of wine myself while she started serving the next person and I was basically pushed off the counter. Very disappointed that she could at least grab a box and help me pack my purchase.

Great store, always have stock. Customer service has been good every time I have been past here.

Not a bad store & staff are friendly, however stock levels sometimes are lacking & less craft selections when compared to Canning Vale store
