Dan Murphy's Southern River

Pulled up to pick up two cartons of steersmans and
was told to move on.there is a shortage of parking bays available infront of shop. Just rude.

Staff member came up to us to offer assistance.
I couldn't find my item and she checked it on the system to confidently tell me they don't stock it.

It's Alcahol.what's not to love?

Always charges me non-member price and i always show them my membership card. This happens with me 3rd time in a row yesterday.
Once, happened i showed a lady that this bottle is listed for this much on dan Murphy's website she makes an excuse that you are checking NSW prices. And yesterday she charged me $135 for gold label and online it's listed for $120 under online member prices.

Looking for Korean alcoholic wine pop, lolly flavoured 360ml bottles. SOJU. This place had a great selection of EVERYTHING! When your tired of wasting your time not finding your niche trend drink at Liquoreland, just go straight to Dan's.

This is my second home, the staff sees me and they know exactly what I'm buying every time

Great range of alcohol. Was pleasantly surprised to see Amarula & non-lactose versions.

I've known Dan for many years now & contributed constantly to his cause & he's never sent me a xmas card.

Awesome staff members on floor and at checkout, had good conversation skills, ending up purchasing additional items, due there knowledge and friendliness

Went to this store to purchase a bottle of my favourite and ask the cashier to match the price to liquor shed Jandakot and encountered so much grief just because the price was not on there website but verbally informed by the staff at the liquor shed.
Their staff were unapproachable and rude.
I will never give my money to this business again.

Had a price marked on a, 6 pick i purchased when i had to oay for it it cost more as i wasnt a member wont go back

I Don’t appreciate your staff at your Southern River Store thinking that I was trying to buy two four packs of Vodka and supply it to another person in another car.
I have no idea who the people were in this other car that was there as I tried to make my purchase, but I’m not stupid enough to risk a fine for supplying alcohol to underage people and if I was supplying it to a car load of teenagers, do you not think that I would have tried to purchase more than 8 Raspberry Cruisers. Not that you’ll care I’m sure, but I shall never be a returning customer again to Dan Murphy

Parking can be scarce at times. Price match is good and a great selection of beers and premixes

Always have stock of what we need and always choices if we like to try something new. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have nothing bad to say about Dan murphys as a company. However the customer I receive from this one individual location is just not right. Stereotyping simply because of my look is just not right.

Best service and best prices plus being able to park right in front of the entrance door was great.

Great stock range, staff are knowledgeable and helpful, fairly reasonable pricing. Overall good place to stock up on your usual drinks or find something new to try. Taste testing available.

Side note: location is shared with a pub, a large grocery store and some other small businesses and the car park is usually busy.access isn't the greatest and parking bays are limited. Better off not trying to park right out the front.

Prices seem to have gone up a bit recently, but it’s always easy to find what you want. Parking is at a premium but you can usually find a spot somewhere albeit with a bit of a walk sometimes from the Aldi carpark

Probably the most rude unnecessary customer service I have ever experienced from one of the female staff members. Very clearly needed to exert her authority to prove something. Will not be returning to this store and have never seen this kind of treatment from other stores.

I love this store a little too much lol. Always friendly staff which a huuuuge range of products.
