Poor quality taken to finish off gaps under vanities and cupboards. Cornices cracking, plaster has fine cracks, paint on cupboard shelving etc etc

We are just about to get the keys to our new Dale Alcock home. The whole journey has been outstanding. Thanks to every member of the team for your efforts. Jordan & John captured out ideas to create the perfect design. Shelley was so efficient in managing our preconstruction process & Gina was so helpful with guiding us through the pre start meetings. Thanks to Tania for her endless patience as our construction liason and a special shout to Allan, Gav, Liam and the whole construction crew that delivered the dream! Allan deserves a medal for his efforts in managing our expectations and his attention to detail.

Very good builder. House planing, building and after hand over everything perfect! I would do it again. A big Thank you to the Dale Alcock team. Now Two years later. We have payed for non rusting metal (Coast Zone). But the metall is already rusting!

We built our investment duplex with Dale Alcock and it was an absolute dream from start to finish. The staff worked hard to put forward a great end product in a great time frame. Their customer service was amazing with people always on hand to work through any queries we had, and the build looks fantastic. I couldn’t fault their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a quality build with a great customer interface.

They are the worst builder. Use very low quality products. Do not even get close to them. Full of empty promises.

Right from the sales stage all the way through pre construction and construction it has been a fantastic journey! Every staff member I dealt with was so helpful and friendly and nothing was ever too hard!

I have had not one maintenance issue with the home and the quality is second to none!

We have recently moved into our new Dale's home and couldn't be happier. The whole process was an amazing experience and it's all due to the fantastic staff at DAH. Everyone was came into contact with at Dale's were friendly and professional and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble. James Brittain was awesome, from the first meeting we had with him, we knew we wanted to build with Dales. His knowledge was great, always giving us helpful ideas to improve our plan. Heather did a fantastic job drawing up our plan, after lots of back and forth and plenty of changes to the original design. Sameth and Michelle were really helpful with all our selections and after walking through our house for the first time, we were 100% happy with everything we had picked. Deandra and Kara were fantastic liaison officers, replying to all our emails very quickly and looking into any detail we weren't sure about. Tarah, our site manager was onto every detail of the build. Any questions we had or issues that arose, she was straight onto getting it sorted and constantly kept in touch to update us on the build. There were a few small issues along the way, which should be expected, but the way they were handled made the difference. A quick email or phone call and any issues we had was resolved as quickly as possible. We have built before and the quality of the build and the quality of the staff don't even compare. We would not hesitate to recommend building with Dales and if we decide to build again, we will be going straight back to DAH. Also, a mention to the lovely front desk ladies, who were always so helpful and friendly and to Jacqui for meeting with us for our key handover.

Like most people we didn’t know where to start, what style of house we wanted or even which builder we wanted to work with. After walking around multiple show homes, we meet with Thomas Heap from Dale Alcocks and we’re blown away with his positiveness and professionalism. We explained want we wanted and he showed us multiple plans and even showed us around other show homes in different suburbs. Even after normal working hours Thomas was always contactable and even dropping off drawings so we can review late at night.

Once plans had been drawn up we were introduced to Sam and Gina other team members at Dale Alcocks Perth office for our pre-start (picking of colours and internal fixtures and fittings). Everything has gone smoothly making what would normally seem impossible to a couple who had no idea of where to even start.

We look forward to completing our dream house build with Dale Alcocks.

We have just signed up with Dale Alcock to build a version of the Aria, our consultant James Brittain has been amazing - nothing has been too much hassle, he's listened to our ideas & used his extensive knowledge & experience to use these ideas to customise our design.
We couldn't recommend James more, we have already told our family and friends. If you are looking for a top quality guy who will look after you from day one then James is definitely your man (& he's a great guy as well!).
Looking forward to the next steps & seeing our design come together. It's a Dales!

Very frustrating signed up house in may 2014 and prestart july 2014, only just started brickworks end of february2015.not happy

They start working at 7.30 am on saturday, and when I asked for less noise, they just insulted me and physically threat me on my own garden.
I kept plates of workers if dalealcock is interested to know how work people they sent.

Met the most arrogant sales agent from Dale alcock. If that's what they put as the face of the company then there's something really wrong.

I wouldn't trust this man to build a doggy house let alone my dream home. Shonky Trade's man & useless office staff, I'm so angry at how I've been treated by this man. Messy brickwork, rough tileing my wet arears put damp spots through the wall and the plaster flakes. Twisted door frames & I'm sure my roof is sagging.
Also the Builders Registration Boared is a Disgrace, I've had lots if lip service but no action!

Never Build with rip off Dale! The worst experience of my life. We have had nothing but problems with the house poor workmanship to incompetence supervision. Next time I will owner Build or hire a building inspector.

Australia's Most Professional Builder 6 years in a row, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Slab went down 3 weeks ago, whole process has been a breeze!
