I have built and tried to build houses with some other builders (albeit in a nother state) and Peter made the process so easy, and kept it exciting. We never felt rushed, and our consults were always professional. With Peter's questions it felt like he actually cared about our dream home, and we weren't just another number. It didn’t take long for us to decide in building our first home with Dale Alcock Homes. It's been truly a fantastic experience firsthand dealing with James over the last few weeks. We were made to feel completely at ease in Dale Alcock office/showroom with James professionalism and warm hospitality.

James have truly exceeded all our expectations with his fresh ideas, transparency and attention to details. He managed to produce a floor plan design that ticked all of our dream house wish list along with additional late inclusions whilst keeping the building cost reasonably within our budget.

James has also made himself consistently available and ensure all of our questions are being genuinely answered and thoroughly explained in a promptly manner. We look forward to the next step of the build with Dale Alcock Homes and hope the pleasant experience will continue throughout the construction phase!

My home consultant Greg Chumming has been extremely helpful, professional and has an extensive knowledge base that he brings to every consult. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him, he has made navigating through this daunting process seamless and reassuring that I have made right choices. He has gone above and beyond to seek clarification/information where i was in doubt. I would highly recommend him, he is awesome!

Dale Alcock scammed my immigrant grandparents of $1.5k and I am extremely angry. Refund them or I’ll call a lawyer.

Our new homes consultant Robert Hewison has been extremely helpful and an absolute delight to work with. He gave us valuable insights, design ideas and recommendations to help us create our custom house plan which will work not just for today but for many years to come.

Our Dale Alcock build so far has been such a refreshing experience. After spending months and months walking around show homes being ignored we finally met the most genuine and passionate salesman that has helped us over and over again with our building journey to date. We were not sure whether we were in a position to start this build but after being guided and helped through the finance checks and have had chance to design our own home to be exactly what we have always wanted within the budget that we can afford. We are incredibly lucky to have had the chance to meet with such a wonderful team and their on going support as we approach the construction phase has restored our hope in building after an awful first experience with another builder.

We haven't built a home before and building was never an option for us. But when we were referred to Harry Lewer by a friend. Knowing how my friend works, it provided me with a feeling of assurance so without any due diligence, we went straight to a meeting with Harry. Going into the meeting with no experience in building and not knowing exactly what we wanted, we were nervous and unsure of what to expect and how it would turnout. But after that first meeting we found our hopes again. Harry's approach was perfect for us. He was patient, had great ideas for us but above all he was honest and genuine. The hope became reality after the first design Harry provided us with the next week. From thereon we never looked back and signed our preliminary works contract in just a month since our first meeting. During that month, we had various minor updates to the design but Harry's great ideas, responsiveness and patience really helped us with refining the design to bring our dream home to life. What is more amazing about Harry is that even after we have moved into the preconstruction phase, he still maintains the same level of care and responsiveness. We can't thank Harry enough for making it all possible and making it all so easy. He once told me that building a home can be fun and now I think I can tell our family and friends the same thing (and send them straight to Harry)!

Just built our first home with Dale Alcock Homes. Sharelle was our Home Sales Consultant. She is very knowledgeable, very honest, helpful and was there for us every step of the way. It just felt right with her. Being first home builders, she made sure she understood what we want and need.

A year later, (due to covid delays) we finally have our keys and are super happy with the quality and build.

You may think they are expensive but that is what premium means, you pay for something that is truly worth it. From building process and right to the end, we were kept informed.

I would highly recommend using them as you will have no problems building with this company.

My husband and I are currently building with Dale Alcock and have had a fantastic experience with Harry Lewer as our consultant. This has been worlds apart from the experience we had building our previous house. From the beginning Harry has been attentive, thorough, genuine, very patient with our never ending changes and questions, and most of all, he has always kept to his word. Harry understands our perspective and offers help and suggestions to get us the best outcome. The house we are building is a home that we will live in with our growing family for the most part of our lives, and Harry has helped us to design and plan something of high quality that we are absolutely happy with and excited to live in! Dale Alcock has a great reputation and we can see why. The new showroom is absolutely luxurious with beautiful inclusions to select from. We would definitely recommend anyone that is looking to build to go and see Harry!

Let us start off by saying that we had no intention of building this year. That is until we met the lovely Grace at Home Collective who told us about Dales and introduced us to the awesome Harry Lewer!

What was supposed to be a showroom tour for funsies very quickly escalated into a signed PWC! We met with a few other companies and reps before we signed, but it was Harry's authenticity that made us stick with Dales - we got a good vibe and you have to trust your gut instinct!

Harry has been so patient from the very start, even when we didn't know our block size, our budget or even what we wanted to build! We didn't think building was an option for us, but Harry helped us see just how much we could do - friendly, professional and speedy service. Big thanks to him for also referring us to the fabulous Sarah at Resolve Finance. The journey so far has been made so easy - a one stop shop!

Harry has gone out of his way to answer every question we have and investigate our every whim (do you think we could fit a powder room? Haha!). He's also been open and honest about the process, the current environment and the limitations of our block and kept to our budget. This is our first build and forever home, so we have been very detailed and particular about our design and we are grateful for his patience, understanding and help in finding solutions! We now have beautiful plans that are with the Council (thumbs up to the designers!).

We also had a wonderful selections experience with Rebekka Walker and all the Home Collective crew - easy and stress-free, and nothing was too hard to look into for us. Very pleased with the process and almost ready to sign off on final plans?

We are very excited to continue this journey with Dales and can't wait to welcome Grace and Harry over for a drink when we have our new home!

You know you are in safe hands when you are building with Dales. Quinten Smith went above and beyond to make things work for me. We went back and forth on the design many times until it was perfect and worked in my budget. He understood my vision very well!

Built a new home with Dale Alcock in 2010 all. The tiling in the wet areas carried out by them have cracked and the water proofing leaking and in the laundry have fallen off the wall. Notified them of the problems in 2018 while they were carrying out ceiling and cracked wall repairs on the house. They said it’s not covered under their warranty. Most of their band aid fixes they performed have not lasted!

Friends built with content living and had same issue as we had in the wet areas. And their builder fixed it with no hesitation at all and painted their house for them!

Chris has been awesome and the clear communication, honest timelines and understanding of our end goal is why we chose Dales

What sets Dale Alcock homes apart from any other builder is not the beautiful houses he builds or their exceptional design but his after sale support which is second to none. Well done for the best builder in WA.

10/10 would recommend. From the sales experience with spencer to pre construction with Hannah then the pre start with Gina and construction with Tom things were honest, smooth and exceeded our expectations. We are now moving into our beautiful new home and are feeling very grateful and appreciative of the postive journey we were taken on.

House construction went well, apart from them 'forgetting' to install the soakaways before installing the floor slab. Post completion the settlement cracks duly appeared, and were fixed after the six month period. Then they reappeared, were fixed again after complaining. Now they are still there but even worse and i hardly have a wall that doesn't have a crack on it.

We did a fabulous renovation with this company 14 years ago. There are now serious problems with structure due to faulty workmanship and they have not been willing to help in any way.

Did not build with Dale Alcock but they are building beside our property. We signed an agreement BA20A to have our fence removed for their site work. In the process, their contractor damaged my reticulation pipe and put no sense of urgency to have it repaired. One week has passed and I have to tolerate for this inconvenience. What a professional and reputable company indeed!
