Business is hard these days, there is no question.
But one should still treat elderly customers (who pay the wages) with respect & not make their lives harder than what they already are.
There are some delivery people in this business who need intensive training or maybe the sack.
Meantime, service & quality from others is considerably faster & better for less.
Shop around before parting with valuable $s.

Worst service I've ever had, rude manager, all she wanted was my money. Should have read these reviews first, Basil Fawlty comment spot on.

Can't fault the attention I received & the help I got from the staff especially from Jackie. No detail was to much for her to help with.

He was very caring about my parents and looked after their repair.

I didn't like the way the guy informed about about a product that I was using. I totally understand what his point was but the delivery was quite rude.
However I have been back to the place and the lady I had was very understanding and caring.

We had problems with electric beds from here which were manufacturers problems, however the backup service is second to none, we live remote and appreciate the top rate service, definitely happy customers.
