Fantastic range of equipment for hire/sale had the wheelchair hire I phoned about ready to go quick paperwork for payment friendly customer service I highly recommend this store in Bayswater WA
No email or SMS for Hearing Impaired. Asked for Service. Technician dropped in un-announced. Charged me a full call out fee just to tighten tiny screw on handlebars. Not due for 12 months service till September! I had a repeat problem with RVS/FWD LEVER SPRING SWITCH. A NASTY EXPERIENCE IN 2019. FREEWHEELING AT HIGH SPEED UNABLE TO STOP. GRABBED STREET SIGNAL POLES. INJURED MYSELF. NEEDED THE SWITCH REPLACED AFTER 18MONTHS. WOULD NOT HAVE LASTED TILL SEPTEMBER. (JUNE 2023). MANUFACTURE DESIGN FAULT STILL NOT ADDRESSED BY SAFETY STANDARD AUTHORITIES. RECEIVED 2 ACCOUNTS 4 DAYS APART INCLUDING 2 CALL OUT FEES $115. REPLACEMENT SWITH $130. TOTAL FOR 2 HOME VISITS OVER $300. THEY R UNHAPPY ABOUT WAING FOR 2ND PAYMENT. MY PENSION DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO BE RIPPED OFF IN THAT WAY. STAFF SHOULD DO AS WE ASK & NOT JUST HAVE TECHNICIANS DROP IN FOR EXTRA CASH FOR THE COMPANY. WAS TOTALLY UNNECCESSARY. WILL CONTINUE FIGHTING DLP, AUSTRALIAN SSAFETY STANDARDS ETC.

We went 19.12.2022, and we were greeted by an awesome lady by the name of Ngaio, she was so very helpful to us, as we were looking for a lift chair for my husband. We are definitely going back to get our chair. So thank you Ngaio, at Bayswater Daily living.
Daily Living answered all enquires I had quickly and followed through on anything I needed. Delivery was quick and the product was good quality and as described.
Bought online through the website. Didn’t receive any confirmation or receipt. Had to call to ask if my order was received (which it was). Mentioned I hadn’t received order confirmation or anything but they weren’t that interested. Thought the order confirmation and receipt may have come with the delivery but there was nothing. Then had to call a couple of times to see when it was being delivered. Then received a text 3 weeks after my purchase was delivered to say it had been shipped!
Over crowded shop floor.
My mother was in A wheel chair>>> not able to easily wheel her around the shop without moving stock myself.
Elder lady staff member appeared inconvenienced of our disability to move around crowded shop floor. If she wasn’t, well her unhappiness was felt by us both.
Would not recommend. Shop online people, we wished we did as we left shop feeling glum.
Never have I had such surly rude service as at the Bayswater store from I believe the Female manager "S". I thought she must have been having a bad day but no the next and last time I went in it was the same not only to me but I witnessed the same service to an elderly couple. The technitions helping were delightful. I will be spending my NDIS money elsewhere. Want to rate O stars but wont let me post.
From the time we stepped in this Trattoria, we were greeted in a respectful & cordially matter. The food ordered was exemplary Italian cuisine delightful good portions on the plate. Will certainly frequent this Trattoria again & again. Thanks to the staff & Tiziana & Sal for the good experience!
I live in SA so had to deal with Daily living online but then I had a question so called customer service and spoke to Jenny, she was so helpful and made the transaction as easy as possible, I bought the TED stockings applicator and anti slip socks. Definitely I recommend this business
Abit over priced, check equipment being delivered incase screws missing, not very helpful or come up with silly excuses
Excellent service from the technician, Luke, to fix a lift chair.parts replaced, service done under the 2 year warranty.on time, appointment next day from original phone call to service department, also prompt answers from the call operator. Quite amazed at the service, company has great staff. Thanks:).

Absolutely poor service, we have visited twice now to purchase 2 Donatello chairs which are worth $$$$ but they couldn’t be bothered to help and were very rude when we asked. Will never purchase from them, ended up at a lovely store in Malaga

100% recommend! We visited Daily Living to purchase a Rollator for my grandad. Their showroom had a great range to view, they provided excellent customer service and product knowledge.
